Originally i order 3 famous bowls but the cashiet said that there was no cicken for the famous bowl. So I ordered 16 piece meal with 2 mashed potatoes and 2 corn withe a side of gravy. Came to $52.91. Once I paid the amount, the cashier ask me to pulled and parked because it was a 25 minute wait for chicken. I waited over 27 minutes. She brought me a 3 piece meal. I told her I had a 16 piece meal. Well she got upset because the other lady gave my food to the customer that ordered the 3 piece meal. I had to wait another 13 minutes. When my food finally came, I asked if my order had the mashed potatoes and corn in the bag. She said yes. I ask about the gravy. She had me to pull to the window. When I got home, the order was wrong. There was no mashed potatoes. The chicken at the bottom on the tub was extremely hard. I wasted over 52 dollars to feed my family. I needed the mash because my mother has a difficult time swallowing chicken. I had to throw it away and cook anyway.

Ordered eight piece bucket.. supposed to get two each.. legs, thighs, wings and breasts… got three thighs, three legs and two wings… no breasts… $27.00 for those eight pieces.. way out of line.. I will try Popeyes next time…

Curtis at the front counter is a a fantastic employee and you guys should be happy to have him working for you. He was kind, courteous, helpfull, and knew the Menu really well and was able to give us quick and accurate answers to my questions. Food was ready at a reasonable time and tasted good.The other employees working where really nice also, such a nice change compared to other fast food places.Bring back Popcorn chicken KFC we the people of Alaska miss it already.

Waited 15 minutes for our order only to be messed up twice and being parked. They parked 4 cars also, all behind me. They messed up all of our orders. Normally this KFC is on point but thus evening was an epic failure. I shouldn't have to go into the store to fix my order after the second mess up. Food A++, service no quite, parking all of drive thru, vehicle after vehicle- no good!

Normally this KFC is on point but thus evening was an epic failure. I shouldn't have to go into the store to fix my order after the second mess up. Worst KFC ever been to. Asked for the spicy chicken sandwich without pickles combo instead got pickles two tenders and mayo on a bun.
I would avoid this place unfortunately. I ordered the chicken sandwich and took one bite, then threw it out. I don't know what it is with them, but I never went back here again. I go to Popeyes down the street now, it's better in every way and the customer service is great. They have good people working there.

Drive-Thru order. Paid for two 3-piece meals. The two sides for the second meal were omitted. The chicken was grossly over cooked, tough and stringy. Called and spoke with manager, he didn't seem to care. If this is the Woke version of KFC, they can just go Broke. I'm done eating there. A ripoff and not satisfying.

I swear this is the best fast food place in town, never have to wait long, always fresh and the workers are always so polite, like the most polite workers I’ve ever dealt with in fast food. They all deserve a raise.
