The workers are rude every time I’ve gone here like actually having attitude and trying to argue? They need to do their minimum wage food job and stop being rude. Half the time they also don’t even have original glazed so I guess they’re also lazy.

Disinterested, slow employees, horse playing and laughing instead of doing their jobs. It should not take 25+ minutes to get a drive-through donut.

Seems like the lobby is never open, which I can understand if it's a matter of staffing issues. The problem is when trying to order at the drive thru and 75% of the donuts are n/a and you either have to list what you want and be dltold no, or have them list what they have and tell them yes. With your voice. This is not a smart way to do a drive thru with such complex variations of items. Your drive thru board should be digital and feature only what's available, or heck have a live feed cam in a corner of your donut racks. Something, anything visual to assist customers especially those with hearing issues. Another thing, as you're ordering there should be a running tally of what your order is SOMEWHERE on the board. Otherwise you keep asking "how many more left?" (to reach a dozen, etc). This is all just logical stuff that really should be implemented to make the drive thru experience modern. Look at literally any other fast food place at this point, look at how their dynamic menu boards are, do something like that. Please.
Parking: There is a strip of parking at the front of the building (north side by the door) but since the building is shared by other businesses it can get busy.
