Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

It's been a long time since I've been here, and it was only because of my oldest daughter that I used to spend so much here.
This morning, I was disappointed, and at a $20 price tag for a half dozen donuts, donuts holes, and a coffee, it was even more disappointing.
We tried each of the donuts, to be disappointed and they went into the trash. While I was in the shop, they didn't have the hot n ready which another family came in specifically for, between 7-9. They were out of donuts they had labels out for, and didn't have a lot of donuts labeled.

Then the coffee, ohmynasty bottom of the pot for the last week, dregs. That was the hands down worst cup of coffee I have ever in my adult life paid for. And it wasn't even complicated, just a cup of black coffee.

Do yourself a favor and hit a local owned shop if you're wanting donuts.

Ordered a dozen gourmet, they gave me a dozen classic instead (which costs less) and charged me for gourmet. Service was incredibly slow and they don’t honor coupons from the website. Some donuts looked smashed and not cute like on the website, overall a bad franchise location. Just go to Golden donuts or Dino’s instead, it’s not worth it.

Love when a large franchise like Krispy Kreme has a deal but this location doesn't want to honor. The company shouldnt put a deal all over the app and internet if they allow certain locations to not honor it. Wish I wouldve known before I drove all the way there but they wouldnt answer the phone either.

Apple fitters were literally flat....Halloween donuts were decent. Wish they had gluten free option for one of my daughters.

The staff is super friendly and I always enjoy stopping in. The Harry Potter themed doughnuts right now are 100% worth a visit!!

When it was first opened, there were lots of places to sit, but most tables have been removed. There are only 3 high top tables available and those are crowded together. No space between them. It seems it is mainly a drive thru business now. The coffee is horrible. As with everything else now, the donuts are smaller but still tasty.

This Krispy Kreme has the worst service, rude and lazy staff and just really don't care. Hot light was on, my glazed originala were not hot. They couldnt hear me at the speaker, no problem, but when I spoke louder the woman was rude about my volume and then the lady taking my payment at the window was rude as well and rolled her eyes when I asked if I could use tap pay. Overall bad experience.
