Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

This Krispy Kreme has the worst service, rude and lazy staff and just really don't care. Hot light was on, my glazed originala were not hot. They couldnt hear me at the speaker, no problem, but when I spoke louder the woman was rude about my volume and then the lady taking my payment at the window was rude as well and rolled her eyes when I asked if I could use tap pay. Overall bad experience.

Great donuts, great atmosphere, service leaves much to be desired! I'm an Uber delivery driver, currently waiting to pick up an order.

They've served four customers in the time I've been waiting, most of them picking up orders bigger than mine! So while I'm waiting for an order to be prepared that's already been paid for, customers who haven't even paid yet are having their orders finished right in front of me. It's a little insulting.

Just because an order is prepaid doesn't mean you can slack off on it. The point is for the order to be ready when the customer/courier arrives!

Love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts! Usually the wife goes to get donuts here at the drive thru. Well in December 2024, I went twice with two different friends for coffee and doughnuts! I was very pleased with the dining in experience. Great staff! Clean place! A+ actually!! This might be my go from now on my meetings from time to time. What was I thinking not going here before!

I am disappointed that our Anchorage store chose not to participate in Krispy Kreme's national BOGO dozen promotion in celebration of December 12 National Donut Day. I guess the Anchorage store is not much of a team player.

I will not lie I love krispie kreme. People there seem nice. Never had a problem actually one time I forgot my card and they were just like it's okay you can take them! They were sweet. Another time I was waiting in line just grabbing 2 donuts but when I got to the window the girl handed me mine plus a six pack I was like huh? She said the guy who was in front of you bought these and told me to give them to the person behind him. Which was really really nice. Thank you 😊 whoever you were that was really cool! Made my day anyway!
