Duno lied about wait time waited over 1 hour after the estimated time. I asked to speak to a manger and Ben lied and said he was the highest manger working at the time

Awesome portions. Most nigiri in Anchorage is an expertly carved tiny sliver of fish. Not here. Huge nigiri like it should be.

I went the night I arrived in Anchorage on the Alaska Railroad. It was rabbit horn [bad ramen]. How can you serve something like this as ramen to a foreigner who doesn't know anything about it? The last time I came here, there was a delicious restaurant next to this restaurant that made salmon sandwiches on bread, so when I went there, it was closed, so I ended up going in. It was a failure. When I read the reviews, the ramen soup had soy sauce and water. That's exactly it.The woman who seemed to be the owner had clearly different attitudes towards foreigners and Japanese people. People like this are rare overseas. Those who watch it are watching it, so don't be arrogant and be humble. I'm sorry. This happened 6 years ago, but I hope it will be helpful for those who are going in the future. It's a restaurant that still has a bad aftertaste in my memory.

Probably close to the best ramen in Anchorage. Flavor was really good in both the broth and chasu. The egg was a little overcooked, but it wasn't the worst I've seen.Service was great, and it's basically empty during lunch so we were able to be in and out without a long wait.

I feel bad giving service only 3 stars, they only had one waitress and she was working very hard. She made no mistakes with out order, it just took a while for her to take our order or get us drinks. She is a champ though. (We went during fur rondy)Food was great, the soups are AMAZING. the fish is great quality and they have ALOT of options for rolls.

Incredible value. Generous servings and quality fish. Menu includes typical sushi, sashimi, and ramen but also shabu-shabu and some Korean dishes and beverages.

PLEASE READ!!!I got the Shoyu Ramen. I was kinda sad that it doesn’t come with egg in the ramen already, but when you order an egg as an addition it comes with two halves! That’s top notch right there honestly bc other places give you 1/2 and that’s sh!t. The eggs were just melt in your mouth and I’m glad I ordered two. Honestly the quickest I’ve finished a bowl of ramen in a long time. They also met my indicator that of a place will give you a side of butter when asked then their ramen stands a much higher chance at being great. If you don’t put butter in your ramen I highly recommend it. Seriously. It won’t help bad ramen taste better it only helps improve the creaminess really but it just slaps.I got the dragon roll, and let me tell you that unagi on top was the best. The roll itself may have been a little loose but overall the roll was delicious and made me make that sound. You KNOW what I’m talking about. The only thing that would make this place better would be having Tonkotsu ramen on the menu. Otherwise it’s top, idc who you are.
