We stopped here to grab a pastry for breakfast. It's a nice little bakery, and both the service and the food were good.

Delicious coffee, pastries, cozy ambiance, and friendly staff. I stopped by for a quick coffee to-go and ended up staying to relax and read for a bit longer, because it was so lovely. A nice bonus is each table has power outlets in case any travellers need to charge up.

Meh. Cold croissants were probably made at least the day before, and not warmed up. The coffee is fine. The service was fine.

Took my mum here on last day of visit to anchorage with high hopes. Very disappointed. Range of pastries very limited & not fresh. Service was poor. Couldn’t be bothered to heat up pastry & told my mum to do it herself whilst server sat reading a book. Would not recommend.

I get all I need in the morning in one spot here.

Great coffee and nice sandwiches and pastries, in an informal setting.
OK...I agree with the reviewers who said this place could be better,BUT it’s not France and I ate breakfast here twice. The coffee was good and the cinnamon nut pastry and almond croissant were very good...just not France. the other patisserie items looked presentable and enticing but I did not try them. This is a simple place —don’t expect perfection.

We had stopped by mid-day and asked the person behind the counter if we could purchase the last piece of cake and return to eat it after an event we planned to attend. She was very accommodating. I imagine the selection of pastries are much more impressive when the doors first open. We were disappointed that the server didn’t ask if we wanted our beverages in mugs rather than paper cups. Also, we weren’t offered a plate for our dessert. The coffee was just o.k. This bakery could be so much more....by attending to the details. That’s what makes a patisserie so special.

The music was a bit too loud in my opinion and would've been a nice addition if it was quieter. There was a small selection of cute pastries in the case so I got the mixed fruit tart. It seemed that the fruit had been thawed but it tasted good anyways. Cute place with traditional French bread and loud but chill music. I could see myself stopping by for a coffee every other morning if I lived here in Anchorage.

The beignets are superb! I've stopped in a couple of times and the place really does remind me of Europe. Very nice folks and bright, cheery shop.
