Little Caesars Pizza

I never got my order! I ordered delivery and requested that the order be handed to me! I never got my order, never got a phone call and in my email it says it was handed to me. This makes them a LIAR! When I requested a refund, my email states that I am only getting an 80 percent refund for getting the order late! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

The food is good. The staff do things in a haphazard way. The toppings often seem to be just thrown on the pizzas in clumps. On more than one occassion, the pizzas are just thrown carelessly into the boxes. On one occasion I ordered online, when I picked my order up one of the items was out of stock. When I asked for a refund for the out of stock item, the manager told me they weren't capable because I used the Little Caesars app. I've been trying for a very longtime, because they tend to cut the pizzas unevenly to get them to not eat the pizza at all (it's an option in the app) it's always cut regardless. I don't know if these are problems at all of the locations in town, but the service at this particular location consistently is bad. If I didn't like the pizzas so much I would steer clear.

I entered the wrong address for my order and only realized it on the receipt. I spent the next 45 min on three different dropped phone calls trying to get a hold of literally anyone there to tell them I needed to cancel the order before you made the pizza or switch the location. Glad I hadn’t been actually trying to order a pizza via phone. Leaving this review cuz there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact you.

WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced! I went there to place an order and nobody came to the front to take my order or acknowledged that I was there. I waited for 7 minutes before I called the store while I was inside at the desk and NOBODY answered the phone instead I watched the girl with the orange bucket hat and her friends laugh and continue talking to each other and ignore it. When I left the store the employee with the orange bucket hat and her friends came out the back of the store with 4 friends to meet their friends in the parking lot in a white ford car to smoke weed out in the open parking lot. I don’t care if they smoke weed but have some decent customer service by taking care of your customers while your store is still open. I would NOT recommend this place to my friends or family.

Good. But took a long time. 30 minute wait for a single pizza

Whether you have pizza or not depends on the mood of the seller - sad. Director - just watch the video - how your people work. If you don't want to ruin your day - choose another pizzeria.

Every time we come here, it’s in a minimum 15 minute wait. Not the usual fast food that every other Little Ceasars in the nation is. It might be time to hire more employees!

Order a pretzel pizza and it was delicious. Also wanted to point out that Mike had excellent customer service while multi tasking. And Bronson was working the counter and multi tasking too.

The food was great. They should have seating available for the customer who have to wait.

It's convenient and fast. Easy to order in the app. However, when picking up food, service is not great. I get it. We have barcodes to scan, and the little door opens. We get our food, but i noticed things are always missing. It's hard to get someone's attention who is just standing on the other side of the counter with no line. The younger staff will not greet you or even acknowledge your existence.
