Tried to get lunch for my team and they've disappointed us twice in a row. I had hope to reorder for the 2nd time because the food is great, always quick and simple. But unfortunately, there were items missing both times I've ordered. Tried to get a refund and said the items I had ordered doesn't qualify for a refund even though it clearly states what we ordered on the receipt. But who pays attention to stuff like that right ? At this point y'all can keep the money. It's okay, we'll order elsewhere.

I am not sure if this location is just too busy or what is the issue but when I order online at other locations it’s usually 15 minutes. This one is over 40. The app doesn’t accurately predict when the food will be ready and I’ve had it wrong at least once. I wish this location was as fast as Abbott or the east location. I’m sure the employees are working hard but I’ve never been to a LC this slow.

one time they forgot some special instructions (Italian cheese bread xtra Italian seasoning) i called the next time i ordered to remind them.. 😂 i think they remember me cuz everytime since then it's perfect and last time i was gonna remind the cashier but he just gave me this look and said I got you! props to these guys my go to for lunch when i remember 😂

Today i waited over 15minutes for a pretzel pizza which should have come with cheese sauce and Hot n Ready Nope!! I get home and it's Cold Pizza and Cold breadsticks I Will Not be returning back poor service and no compensation for inconvenience on wait.

I ordered the deep dish pizza and it was not at all what I expected. After having this a few times in the past, this time it was dry, very little cheese, and burnt in some areas. Not only that, when I went to pick it up, it was not placed in the warmer as it displayed, so I had to wait for an employee to notice me. When someone came walking around the corner, he tiredly asked how he could help me, and looked unclean/unkempt which made me wonder how my pizza was being handled. I will not go to this location ever again.

Pizza is the most consistent, always cooked right and toppings placed the same. Bread sticks are my favorite but they sometimes will be undercooked and kinda doughy but not bad enough there not worth eating. Overall the best pizza place in town
Hard to say what was worse, the pizza or service. Better off with a frozen pizza from Walmart. Pizza was hard as a rock, I threw it in the trash. And the kid on the register was painful.

Sorry 12/13/2024 horrible experience. Place order @ 2pm. Latest delivery 5:28; no one communicates by 5:45. I call & order had not been picked up by driver. Food arrives @ 6:07; however box labeled with pepperoni has 2 cheese puffs. It took me 20 minutes to resolve after sending photo. Oh yes only 50% credit. Lost 3 customers tonight. Thanks!
