The manger doesn't know what the hell he is doing what so ever and is unable to train new employs to answer a simple question about why it's cheaper on line for the pizza I wanted. I was trying to simple ask why it was such a problem to have your employ ask a question when he was two steps. Away and he barks out I was busy. Stay away from this horrible store if your not ordering online don't bother going in to place an order they don't have time to make sure your ordering what you actually want.

For take home, no tables or chairs if you happen to not call it ahead of time prepare to wait in your car or stand in lobby being awkward lol. Although I was prepared to 5 stars the last 2 delivery orders where all wrong... I ordered a 13.75 Hawaiian... Got a regular 9.00 pepperoni and I despise pepperoni so that sucked then last night kiddos came with cheese sauce and pretzel crust when even my receipt on top of his box stated pepperoni pretzel crust with pizza sauce and my kiddo doesn't like cheese so I had to cook anyways ? the reason I get take away is to get a break from 3 different meals at each meals as none of my kiddos eat the same stuff spending the money is a mental health break as I see it but to them turn and have no break anyways sucks.

It's never hot n ready at this location, every time I have been in here I have to wait at least 20 minutes for a "hot n ready" pizza and crazy bread. The staff is always snappy and rude when you ask for an update.

The people there are pretty disrespectful and have tendencies to make refunds difficult. I have tried calling the restaurant to speak to people but they will let it ring and hang up. They will also not cook the pizzas properly no matter how many times they are told. I'm going to apply and prove these kids suck at life and should take unemployment checks
