I’m a traveller from Australia and we don’t have any places like these any more due to legislation re smoking etc.

I specifically came here to have a smoke in comfort, indoors and meet some of the locals who were friendly and engaging.

Loved this place. Life’s good

Not a huge selection, at least for things I like. But I found things to try each day. Signed up for a membership before visiting, for the week. Standard AK prices, so high. The lounge is large and comfy. TVs if you want them. Wasn't crowded during the week, but may be on the weekend. Overall a good experience and I'd go back. Friendly, helpful service.

No food, but the owner and people in the place were relaxed, informative, and sleek. I recommend it if you are a ciger or smoker person in general.

Great place to stop in for a stick. Super friendly folks and always a good time. Plus it's the only place you can smoke indoors apparently.

Smoking area with exclusive access for members. It is possible to register to attend for a few days, you pay a fee and receive a tag to access the salon. A highlight for the dog in the store, he appeared from behind the counter but was extremely docile. But it's scary lol

I came in and found it to be be very welcoming. They have 9 TVs, no matter where you sit you can see whatever game you want to watch. The chairs are all leather and set comfortably so you don’t sit shoulder to shoulder. And I think that they have about 40 chairs so even if it’s busy you can find a seat. Ventilation is more than adequate, the smoke just seems to disappear. Overall it’s a great place to enjoy a cigar, especially now that winter is on its way, for those of us who live in Anchorage.

I stopped in to check out the cigar offerings at 5th Ave Cigars. I was quickly greeted by a nice gentleman (Eric, maybe?) and offered assistance. I chose a few cigars, and upon checkout, I learned there is a lounge on premise as well. I asked if I could take a look, and was kindly offered a showing.

The setting looks nice, and I was told they put on special events (watch sports, fights, etc) in an environment you can enjoy a cigar in.

There are monthly/yearly rates to become a member of the lounge. You would have to check to see what the current rates are.
