We had heard their burgers were amazing, so we finally ordered from there. The burgers, loaded tots, and garlic fries tasted good and appeared to be of good quality, but we wouldn’t call them amazing. Prices are high; there are many better burgers around town we can get for a lower price.

Surprising hole in the wall shop! Burgers & fries were fantastic. They have a fun variety of burgers, apps, & more. The restaurant itself is rather unassuming but what really matters (the food) is amazing. The pizza egg rolls were a fun twist. Definitely recommend!

Soggy, inedible 'garlic fries'. Half of the bread on the special 'guacamole chicken burger', soggy. How can you let something like that fly out your window? On top of the person at the desk telling me that he didn't have access to the ChowNow app because the iPad died & waiting 40 minutes for the app to not be a 'pending order', my food is completely soggy, if he didn't have access; why did this food sit there long enough to get soggy!?

My work sprung for lunch today and it was catered by the Main Event. I had never heard of them so I don't know what the burger I had is called but it was just a plain cheeseburger with some sauce on it. This was one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. The patty was a solid inch thick and was cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. The bun was a marvel in its own right. I also had some crinkle cut fries seasoned with garlic and Parmesan. I am not a huge fan of crinkle fries but these changed my way of thinking. Marvelous. I also had some little chocolate bon bins filled with a thick dark chocolate filling. I'm pretty sure they were made in heaven. Great food and I will definitely be going to the actual restaurant in the near future.

Main Event was recommended to me by a coworker. My grandson is a huge burger fan, so we tried it out. Food was ready when they said it would be, my grandson loved the Kenai burger and garlic fries, and the staff was courteous and kind to my 12 year old grandson when we picked up.

Food was good overall. Customer service could of been better. Told the guy that took our order it was our first time there. He spoke so fast and unclear it was hard to understand him. The menu he gave us told us the item and price but no descriptions of the item which wasnt helpful. I had the tapout burger with garlic frys becuz i looked it up on their website before going and my wife had the food truck burger with onions rings. Im not a fan of crinkle cut frys but they were ok with the garlic and parmesan on them. The onion rings were some of the the best we have had. The tapout burger i would not order again but im glad i did exprience it once. Its more of a novelty thing. So big it was hard to even eat and they put the lettuce, tomatoes, and everything else on top so there is no way to eat it unless u use a knife and fork. It was like eating a roll of hamburger inside fried bread. Really needs the condiments or its way to dry and unpleasant. I would offer a smaller version of it with half the meat and find a way to deep fry the bun seperately that way all the condiments can go inside of it, Just a suggestion. Overall we really liked the our exprience and hope this comment is useful. Next time im going to try the Hot Mess. It looks less like a novelty burger and more to my liking. Oh and i almost forgot their drinks are really really really good. Thanks guys

I cannot get enough of the Reuben rolls here! Their french fries are absolutely delicious! I tried their mushroom sandwich at one point as well, I think it was chicken mushroom swiss, or something, it was fantastic! I've never had a bad meal or experience here, ever, everything is really well priced, & the teas are amazing too!
Food was cold and overpriced. Fries were not good and I’m confused why they are advertising them as the best in the city. Counter service was not good at all; rude, disengaged and not a place I’ll return to. I should have driven the extra miles for Lucky Wishbone.

Probably the best burger I've had in a while. Ashley (aka not Leah), was fantastic! It was the best customer service experience and she was outstanding. I highly recommend having them just make something for you. I got a delectable surprise that sent my taste buds to the moon. In an industry that got hit hard during 2020, it's rare to experience the kind of service that they give here. I will definitely be stopping by for another burger here soon!

We've been searching for the best burgers in town.... and we found them! Food was amazing, service was prompt, staff were friendly. Ended up ordering from here twice in a short period of time. Phenomenal burgers and fries/tots. Highly recommend, especially if you enjoy garlic.

My hand I have ordered from here several times because of their Keto options. Most of their burgers are pretty decent. Today when we ordered I decided to try adding on a Keto dessert the chocolate cream with berries. However when it arrived (we did delivery via Doordash) instead of the dessert I ordered, there was a piece of chocolate cake! Confused, I called to see if this was what I ordered since I never had ordered it before. The gal who answered said that since they were out of the chocolate cream and berries she decided to substitute the chocolate cake?! You would think that given the rest of our order being from their Keto menu that she would have either substituted another Keto dessert or called to let us know they were out and asked if a non Keto substitute would be okay. I know this sounds like a nit picky complaint, but delivering a substitute that a customer can't even eat without confirming first is not only a bad business practice but also has potential health risks to the customer. So just be careful when you order from here if you are getting delivery.
