Ordered online for pick up. Selected ice cream flavor “dark chocolate” with mixing that I know are Gluten Free. Picked up the order and began eating it. A few bites in I can across a crunch that wasn’t consistent with what I ordered. Turned on the light in the car to notice a big chunk of Oreo cookies in my ice cream bowl. I went inside to ask if they put Oreos in my order and they said “yes, the only dark chocolate ice cream they have right now contains Oreos so that’s what they used” I explained that I cannot have gluten and will now be very sick on account of them placing a common allergen into an order that wasn’t ordered that way. They asked what I wanted and I said to at least be refunded for the bowl they watched me throw away and requested that they do not make substitutions to items with allergens without checking with customers first. I explained that this is going to make me very sick, but there are people that could be put in the hospital for mishaps like this. Dominick said he’d let the management know of my concerns and refunded me for one bowl that was messed up. He wanted to refund me for both bowls ordered but the other shift lead Selena encouraged him not to because the boss would be mad. Writing this review to let the boss know that their employees need training on allergens, how to make proper substitutions, and how to make it right for customer retention. I may have considered returning to the store with the mishap but only while watching them make my food and being very sure they were aware of allergens… but after the comment about management being mad that put the cherry on top for me. I’ll be sick for days, but at least I didn’t have to pay financially for it.Dietary restrictions: Surprise Gluten!

Definitely not the best but not the worst when it comes to flavor, Vanilla ice cream didn’t really taste like anything so it was kind of bleh. The atmosphere and staff was great though, I had better ice cream before so I will not be coming back, can’t speak about another flavor though.

Rude customer service to black veterans. I was instantly given a passive aggressive attitude before choosing my ice cream by the white girl with the glasses, and pig tails. She spoke to me as if I was a burden taking up her time and stared at me with no response after asking for my toppings then proceeds to shout “Thats It???”. I then politely told her nevermind and made my way out the door as she raised her voice saying “Yeah! Yeah!??️ ” as if my best bet was to leave. I was in utter disbelief at the horrendous attitude toward a customer who just got off of work for a quick icecream stop on a Sunday afternoon. The icecream is said to be cold & delicious but the service is cold & bitter

I got sick after eating here. My tongue started to tingle and my stomach hurt after 5-10 minutes of having a kids cone. It is probably their cleaning products that got into the ice cream. Will not return!
I wonder what marble slab corp. would think about how the ONLY marble slab in Alaska is run. Whoever is running this place needs to just give it up already. There's constantly dead bugs or plastic or parchment paper in the ice cream. The employees are a very sweet and friendly bunch of people. But how are mix-ins unlimited but also limited? It's false advertising and the owners are just absolutely terrible people. I've know numerous people who've worked there and the way that business is being run is just borderline illegal! Apparently either you stop getting hours period or if you put in a 2 weeks notice, you're basically fired on the spot. You could work an 8 hour shift and only get one little 15 minute paid break. They are always sure to make their employees cry at some point in their employment. I've heard the owner is sexist. Just a toxic environment all around and someone needed to speak out about it and since I have no direct relation to the company, I want to be the one to do so.

Young but polite and professional employees. Service was quick and all the orders were perfect. Only place Ive found so far that has banana splits. Always enjoy going here and will go again.

I came in about a few weeks ago, on Saturday the 9th, in the evening, and the girl who helped us? This girl needs a PROMOTION. I cannot remember her name for the life of me but I ordered a quart of the cookie dough yo-yo with some extra add ins and she did NOT disappoint. Homegirl fully mixed it up (which was nice because I had an experience with an employee where they barely mixed it and left the middle with just plain ice cream). She had the best customer service skills and chatted the whole time with us. That girl made our whole night! Next time I see her, I will have to get her name because she was AMAZING!! Thanks to her for the great experience
The best 15 dollars I spent on a 10 yr olds single scoop waffle cone vanilla brownie and carmal mixed into it topped with whip cream I have ever spent. Expensive but worth it and they are not cheap with they scoops or toppings WORTH IT!!!!!!

Ice cream is good, very much a cold stone creamery copy cat, but I'll take it.Only issue, the whole single maker to a group was bad. We had a group of 4 and were "assigned" a single ice cream maker, it took far longer than it could have. This is basically ice cream subway, do you see them doing that?
