So… It’s my birthday today and I entered the establishment and announced it. The lady behind the counter immediately wished me a happy birthday and said she wanted to give me a free shake. Also, she surprised me with a free apple pie. She said I’m giving you an apple pie because I don’t have any cakes. I chose blueberry and boy is it delicious. I ordered the six piece teriyaki chicken with sticky rice. The chicken falls off the bone!

My wife thought I was pulling a prank on her when we pulled in because the outside doesn't look like somewhere you should eat... But she was very happy with the food.
They added an egg to her burger and the food was very fresh and delicious. It's now my wife's favorite burger place in Anchorage.

I guess to each their own when it comes to these types of burgers but if you are expecting a fresh ground meat burger then this is probably not your spot. My partner was expecting a smash style burger but it was that chewy rubber consistency. If I had to guess it was probably a cheap low quality sisco product that's been frozen for ages. Let me say though the service people were very pleasant. The bun and the fresh ingredients were all good. It comes down to the burger though...
