This place randomly closes their dining area because the homeless problem has gotten so bad on Tudor. Overall terrible place… just got a drink thrown at me by a random hobo in the parking lot after not being able to grab my pick up order

I come here often and usually get curbside because I have such big orders. I love this location. They always get my orders correct and the customer service is always top tier. When the soda machines were out for 2 weeks- I had to go elsewhere. Didn't have a pleasant trip with 2 other locations. Will always recommend this location! 👌🏼

I went to McDonald's at about 8:30 p.m. I ordered a cheeseburger meal for my wife, with a large frappuchino. For myself I ordered a cheeseburger and a 10 piece chicken mcnugget. The meal cost $30.00 plus dollars even after military discount. I asked could I have fresh fries, what I got was medium to cold. All the food/everything was Cold. I took the 3 cheeseburgers back, and told them the food was cold. The servers looked upset, they then gave me 3 cheeseburgers, but they were cold. I didn't go back. I have never written about any service before in my life, but this was just wrong! I'm a Black, 65yr old Army Retiree from 1977 - 1997 needless to say I've seen alot of bad service over the years, but this was bad. The manager didn't even look my way, but the server went back and got burgers again that were sitting under heat lamps, because the cheese wasn't melted 1 iota. This place gets a firm - 1. I will never go back

To be completely honest, this McDonald's is a mess. The manager, Dean or whatever his name is, doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I come here every other day for fresh cookies, and despite always asking for fresh ones, I keep getting cookies that are warm but as hard as a rock. They clearly just warm them up in the microwave. Today, when I ordered a McChicken, 6-piece chicken nuggets, and fresh French fries for my son, they gave me the McChicken and nuggets, but they didn't look fresh at all they were cold. The manager asked me to park at station 1 to wait for my French fries and charged me $1-something for ranch sauce. When he finally came out with my fresh fries, he handed them to me and told me everything was there, so I left. But when I checked the bag, there was no ranch sauce, just one pack of ketchup. I called the store four times with no answer, so I went back and happened to run into that manager, Dean. I explained how I had to drive back just for the ranch, and how unhappy I was with the service I always receive here. His response was just to introduce himself, go get the ranch. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer any kind of compensation for the mistake. I mean, couldn't he have at least said something like: "I'm sorry about that happened , can I offer you a free meal for your son as an apology?" Nope, all he did was say oh sorry and hand me a bag of cold fry and ranch and that was it. I told him they really need to stop messing up my orders and that they should give me a fresh fry for all the trouble of driving back. The whole experience is incredibly frustrating and I strongly advise everyone to make sure to ask for their food to be fresh because it's definitely not fresh here.

Visited Homer a few times and everytime we went to mc Donalds the service was not great and a few times the staff was down right rude and disrespectful.
