The staff there is actually incompetent. I hate saying that about people, but it’s genuinely the truth. I placed a mobile order for the drive through, but the line was out in the street, so I ran in to get my food. It took twenty minutes before I finally asked the front cashier to check my order because they ignore the people in the lobby. They had to remake my order, which is fine, BUT THEY SOMEHOW STILL FORGOT SOMETHING! Go to literally any other McDonald’s.

The hours posted online are either incorrect or the employees are confused maybe?? I am currently at this location and can see people inside, but no one is responding at the drive thru or answering the phone. Not only is it 5:10am, but they also have a sign that says "24hr drive-thru" and yet, I can't seem to get any service. I highly recommend trying a different location and hopefully they will have people that actually want to do their job.

Still pretty slow, but the lobby was clean. The atmosphere is somewhat cold and uninviting since their last remodel. The counter for ordering is smaller and they had a sign up saying they were only accepting kiosk orders, so you can't order from a human being.

So this has become a regular thing when I go to this location that I decided to take a moment to leave a google review. Each time I use the survey code and choose another fast food for awhile when it happens.
Half the time food is cold. Almost always when I decide to be courteous and assume everything is in bag and proper when the line is long that my order is correct instead of checking the bag before I drive off, never any Nugget sauce or if I get it, it is the wrong type, Happy Meals never have toys or plain has another meaning.
