Ordered a 10 piece McNugget with honey mustard and bbq. Got all that and an unexpected sweet and sour sauce. Shunned the honey mustered to try the sweet and sour. Turns out it now my new favorite sauce! Would go again.

Let’s just say there’s some major competency issues. Most of the people here have cognitive delays. So they’ll forget to put an egg on a sausage egg mcmuffin or not be able to make drinks and serve drive thru customers in the order they arrive. The dumbest staff in all of Alaska.

I ordered a meal with coffee this morning at around 10am in the drive through. The coffee was handed to me with the lid just sitting on the top and it spilled on my leg and burned me. The food and everything was fine but why wasn’t the lid securely attached? The young man at the window told me that if I need more cream or sugar to come inside. Not sure why more couldn’t be handed to me right there at the pick up window. Strangest experience I’ve ever had at McDonalds.

Place was nice but tables were small for a single person & they were stuck to the floor but the chairs weren't, in order to use the bathroom you need assistance because it's locked with a coded entry, you had to air dry your hands & if you got grease on your hands you'd have to wipe them off before going to wash your hands as theirs no way to take them off unless you use the toilet paper

Horrible customer service we ordered some chicken nuggets they did not add the chicken nuggets to our order we went back through the drive-thru and ordered another order of chicken nuggets so they should have given us two since they refuse to give us the first order and they still only gave us one and refused to give us the other. Basically they stole one order of chicken nuggets from us not impressed.
