Come here all the time and they always mess up my order at the drive through. Today I came and wanted to go in and out without the hassle but the person supposed to be at the mic didn’t even try to take my order until I called out twice. Then I asked for two frappes and fries and a mcchicken and they only rang me up for one so I had to go inside and wait EVEN longer and the line was already long. On top of that they took even longer to come to the counter to assist me and ring me up for another one. This is not the first time or second time and this is why I hate coming to this Mcdonald’s, I really only came because I was on this side of town and won’t do that again.

Trash, cold food, just plain garbage don’t ever eat here slow, forgetful 20 piece nuggets and no sauce ask for a sauce they hand you 1. Just overall better going home and putting Dino nuggets in the air fryer would be faster for the time and quality these people serve here. -10 stars if there was an option I hope they close this place down. Never ever again.

Avoid This Location for Late-Night Meals…. I visited this McDonald's at 9pm and ordered the new Chicken Big Mac, but my experience was subpar. The staff seemed hesitant to fulfill my order, citing closing time. To my disappointment, they substituted the signature Big Mac chicken with the McChicken sandwich patty. I noticed the difference because I had ordered a McChicken sandwich earlier that day. The chicken tasted identical. It's clear that this location is cutting corners. Additionally, my fries were lukewarm. Unless you want incorrect orders and cold food, opt for the Dimond or Midtown locations. They consistently serve hot, accurate meals.
Ummm someone must have been stoned, cuz they forgot the meat for my Denali Mac!! And I ordered my QPC with no pickles, no mustard & they gave me a ketchup and mustard only QPC!!!
Vegetarian options: They got 1 vegan burger.
Dietary restrictions: They all freaking kids! They don't care!
