They never give sauces. It's like it's a game to them, how many sauces they can not give out in a day. If you want sauces make sure you ask, then ask for extra. I get portion control but the people there act like they own McDonald's with how much they don't give you your sauce. If you ask them they look like you asked them for their first born child. They have so much disdain on their face when you ask for sauce it's like you're asking them for $1,000 instead of 4 sweet and sour sauces. Every time I order on DoorDash, zero sauces. Every time I'm in their drive thru, zero sauces. I always have to check before I leave. It's like they have a 8x10 photo of me and my car with a sign under it that says "if you see this face or car, absolutely DO NOT give out sauces to them". I've been going here since they opened as I live really close to it, they were never this bad until last year. It's like the manager is hoarding all the sauces in a secret room like McScrooge and Huey Dewey and Louie up front have to give out 1 or zero sauces like it's the Great Depression. It's like a dragon's lair but instead of gold it's a mountain of bbq and sweet and sour sauces. I've seen more care given at a damn soup kitchen than this McDonald's when it comes to sauces. It's like McDonald's has a lottery at the end of the year and the winner is whichever store has the most sauces. You spend $30 on a meal at McDonald's because their dollar menu is actually the 10 dollar menu now and they give you a huge middle finger by not giving even a speck of sauce with anything. Seriously. I was in the store the other day and there were 3 ketchup packets at the front counter. They said "not today" and locked their sauces up inside of Fort Knox. That McDonald's is the most secure building in North America. It houses the nations wealth of McDonald's sauce in there. Not even god could get his hands on a scoop of sweet and sour, not under their watch. Every household within a 2 mile radius of this McDonald's has felt the loss of sauce. Soon there will be a revolution, someone will finally stand up and say "Enough!" And they will be forced to release the sauces they've held captive there, upon thy rock they call McChevron. Shame on each and every one of you that see an order and totally disregard anything that has to do with sauce.

I ordered a half chocolate and shamrock got a vanilla. It was ordered and picked up through drive through. When my order got here I called the store and got hung up on.

I asked for the mc flurry shakes?? they ran out early today I specifically asked for a fresh fish o filet and the girl responded they are always fresh! not true! I know I always have to wait for a fresh sandwich and not one that has been cooked awhile ago??? very disappointed in customer employees were standing around by the window and I had to get my resident home ! bad customer service horrible cold sandwich

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for 8 years as it’s closer to my house. Usually their ice cream machine is more broken than working. Today I got my usual— fries and an Oreo McFlurry through the drive through and waited to eat it til I got home.As I was eating the fries and was halfway through it. I picked up something that looked like a big booger. Idk what that is and how it ended up in my food but I was immediately disgusted

What a mess of a set up they have now! Ordering into a kiosk in front of the place you pay is one of the stupidest things gs I have ever seen. Why not give the order to the person your paying? Was that such a bad thing?

Didn't give me a receipt, screwed up an order of maybe 3 items, demanded the receipt to fix it, and gave lots of attitude when I said they never gave me one. Lady, I just wanted my burger, not all this salt.

Just once I'd like to get hot fries when going through the drive thru. I open the bag as I'm driving out of the parking lot to eat a few of them and they are always just warm and taste old. How hard is it to have fresh french fries? The McDonald's on Old Seward ALWAYs has hot fries. So I know it can be done.
