Today, 09/08/2025, at 6pm, My mom and I, dashers, came through the drive thru to get our dash order, and after my mom says “Doordash” the worker helping us mocked my mom’s accent very rudely. If this is the kind of behavior you tolerate for your wokrers, then it’s not going to work out. I also work at mcdonald, and never have i ever mocked a customer’s accent like that. That worker, male, should be fired.

Not a bad McDonald’s but not a memorable one either, other than not being able to hear the people on the microphone or receiving a very underwhelming Denali Burger. Barely any sauce and no condiments. Fries were good though.

They gave me a kids small orange juice instead of a small and yet charged me for the bigger size. How is it that the other mcdonalds just down the street a few minutes away gives you an actual small orange juice and this place tries to be slick and pass off a kids cup as a small. I wont go back to this one. They dont have to cheat people.

The food was fine but ordering of the food was a pain. 3 out of 4 self ordering machines were out of service and it took upwards of 10 minutes to get someone to take out order. There were several sketchy strung out looking individuals in the parking lot, 2 of which asked us for money.

For some reason or another, the soda machine in the drive thru never has the right syrup to carbonation ratio NEVER!
This is my go-to location. My order is always right, and the staff is very sweet.
Parking: The place is kept very clean, and there aren't many sketchy looking folks around. They work pretty fast, too.
Recommended dishes: Sausage Mcmuffin with Egg, World Famous Fries, Quarter Pounder Hamburger, French Fries, Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese

Really unfortunate that corporate McDonald's has geared towards mobile orders and drives thru. Walk-in customers are treated so irrelevant, to be made a nuisance with a complete lack of consideration for time and experience. It seems this ownership is in for money not the community
