Food was ok, service was ok, bathrooms were clean. They even brought us our food without asking for a tip. That type of service is seemingly disappearing in an age where they ask for a tip at the register for doing nothing. I would like to know the difference between the big Mac and the Denali burger though. That could be explained in the menu.

staff seemed to entirely abandon the, already wrapped around the building, drive through line to instead only put out more than 7 doordash orders without allowing the drive through line to move at all.

Took my nephew here today before our Saturday endeavors. Service was great, I had the pleasure of using a computer to order so I didn't have to interact with another human. We decided to eat in. While we waited for our food, I was surprised that they brought it right to the table! Even though they forgot my sauce for the nuggets and I had to fill my own drink, and the drink station was all out of straws - the fact they didn't ask me for a tip when paying made it all worth while. Definitely will return.
Lately this location has been struggling- I think they're having staffing issues - Twice we tried to order in the drive-thru, only to be told they weren't open, because they didn't have any employees, and several times the lobby has been closed, with a sign on the door that said, closed due to staffing shortage. I really like this location, but Arctic and Mt View seem to be more consistent.

No McDonald's should ever get a five star rating. But I swear on my life, my entire life I've only ordered Bacon Double, no Ketchup, no Onions, and the Filet of Fish with Pickles added. I know that's not a very complex order, however everytime I've ordered it, this McDonald's got it right. One thing that I wish they would bring back is; the Survey on the Recipt that allowed you a code to buy one sandwich get on free. I must admit. I've had McDonald's only the 25-30 times over the last 5 years, I used to go about twice a month for that Filet, I'd buy a bacon Double, than use the code to buy one fish get one fish. Unfortunately dropping that one single customer appreciation caused me to lose a lifetime of business with this company. But I got to give it to McDonald's. They have some of the fastest Wi-Fi in town and you can go hang out there for a full hour well actually I think it's like half an hour, just by buying a $1.50 soda used to be $1. But we won't get into that. Good place, has an upstairs with a very nice A/C cooled lounge.

The best McDonalds to get a large ice cream cone because they always have a working ice cream machine and they actually serve a large sized ice cream cone. It's amazing 🤩
