HAIR IN FOOD. Not only did they mess up our order completely, it was 2 cheeseburgers and a happy meal. Not that difficult. On top of that there was a nasty long hair in our daughter’s happy meal. This was 7/09 at 4pm.

Getting easier now days, there order in the app option is great and time saving. I just give them the code from the app and get to skip the pay window pick up and go. Only thing that would be better is if everyone else did the same thing. The line would move much much faster if everyone ordered and paid before they got there. The new deals and value menu helps save money so ill definitely be going back soon

To order, you have to use a kiosk. Then they forgot half our order. We were in the play room, and these teens were in their riding scooters and talking about vulgar stuff. A worker was in there and didn't even stop it. Won't go back.

Just gives off the vibe that it is a dirty place. Need more staff, walked in there and customers were standing around. There was no help at the counter so I walked out, ended up in the drive thru.
