The drive thru is always fast, inside always clean. Glad there are no locks on the bathroom, tired of bathrooms you need a code or help getting into.
Kid-friendliness: Has a playland for young kids.

I work in the food industry so I already know how hard it is but y’all have me all kinds of messed up why are you so worried about what’s going on in the back when you have people standing in a long ass line like wtf I’m waiting not even for food I’m waiting to place an order and y’all are just doing whatever and looking past me like you don’t see a line of people I’m so done plus y’all’s food is nasty the only trusting meal is the nuggets because you can trust they didn’t mess it up it’s either something wrong with your food or they don’t give you sauce for your meal do better…….

Did curbside order. Waited over 15 minutes. Walk in and drive thru customers arriving AFTER me received their food before me. Really?? And my burger looked like someone threw it at the wall before tossing it into the bag. I haven'tbeen here in quite a while, now I know why. I am NOT "lovin it" at all.
Spent 30 minutes in drive thru and was given burgers with raw meat. Meat so cold the cheese wasn’t melted. Avoid this place, drive down the road to tasty freeze or Burger King.

Definitely decent people working here. McDonald's itself can go bankrupt but I guess they have a plan in place already for that - $2 for a sweet tea is ridiculous

7-31 7pm ordered a quarter pounder meal and double cheeseburger, got home and bit into the burger...it was raw!!! took it back asked for a refund, after wasting 20 minutes of my time I finally got a refund. requested they pull the line or check the meat, the assistant manager refused and kept serving people, requested the store manager contact me and they did not. not only do they always mess up the orders and food is extra slimy but this is the last straw, you all should be ashamed and I hope not only me but no one gets sick. do the right thing.

10pm, tired from a soccer game and hungry. Waited an extremely long time in drive through. 5 cars and 30mins later. Ordered 2 - 4 piece nuggets. When we got to the 2nd box, it was just full of ketchup. Yup pretty fun, teenage workers… not! When arrived back and saw a worker, they just laughed. For a neighborhood food place that services mostly locals, have some decency and respect for your customers. Fast food or not, people are paying for a product and service. Probably shouldn’t have a teenager managing the place.
Today I just wanted a nice large cup of Ice water. Usually I get a cup of water for free, but this chick/dude said that next time we’d have to order with charge and if we had a problem about it speak to the manager. ? for a cup of water? How RUDE! now I get bottle water yes u would need to pay. And since I also work at a fast food place, we never charged our customers for A CUP OF WATER! Not getting water from here again since they want to be charging FOR A CUP OF WATER. ?

I have noticed over the last year that a lot of the old workers are no longer there and there is now a lot of new employees. Before, I always got my food right. But! With some of these new employees. They get angry if you order too much food. Anything more than one or two meals is too much for them and they start having an attitude.I come probably three times a week and every single time I get a sweet tea. It’s either sweet tea at the bottom and regular tea at the top or It’s just regular tea. It has been three months since I was able to get a proper sweet tea at this location.If you ask for any customizations, don’t expect it to happen. I have asked for extra pickles and have gotten no pickles if I asked for no pickles I get extra pickles. If I ask for extra ketchup, they give me five times the ketchup. If I asked for no mustard I get five times the mustard.This location really has gone downhill. I have had to drive all the way down to Northern lights when I want McDonald’s just so I know I’m getting my food, right.
