I ate an egg and sausage cheese McGriddle from here one stormy morning when the weather was just not cutting it (normally, can pretty much subsist on sunshine alone. At least 'til lunch.) The lady who delivered the order to the window was sweet and very smiley, seemingly simple touch but really nice on an un-fun morning. (As for the McGriddle, I may or may not order it again. I had thought it would have english muffin holding the eggy sausage goodness inside but I was wrong. It was lightly sweet pancake-like things, which were a touch rubber sole-ish along the outside edges and a tad greasy on the lips. But did I finish it? Yes. Yes I did.)

I thought I would give this place another chance...I was WRONG! Again another issue with the App. You make an order and go to pick it up and they can't find your order. What is the purpose for using the App?! That's not the end of it....they then say the Shake machine is down 🙄🙄🙄. They asked if it was stated on the App cause it should have. So for the price I paid online for a meal order with a Shake can't be fixed. So they give me a Medium Soda. Wow!!! This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with them. What is up with the service????

It's either there ice from there ice machines or the cups/lids; but smells of an old dirty dish rag. Mildew smell I only ordered soda. Ik who only orders a drink. But they should clean there ice machine not lazily. Or it can be the gloves or something by there cups. Idk but it stinks and is nasty.

Alaska’s slowest McDonalds. Hire more people or hire harder working people. The mobile app needs to develop a cancel an order feature specifically for this location! It’s a 90% chance you’ll be waiting 20-30 minutes for your order. Do better!

It's McDonald's, the food is exactly what you expect, horrible for your health and rarely nearly made. Heaven forbid you special order something, there's a 50% chance they will get it wrong. No onions? How about extra onions? Substitute ham for sausage on your breakfast sandwich? You might get both, you might get no meat or no egg.
