been in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still 3 cars infront of me just to get to the first window edit: when i finally got my order it was disqusting, couldnt even eat it. the stench of bo from employee could be smelled as soon as they opened the window. wont be eating here anymore. didnt even get a spoon for the mcflurry or napkins or anything.

Almost every time I come here to order food, I asked for a 2 plain Burgers, and theirs NO LINE behind me, how do I get 2 Burgers fully loaded with condiments. I really don't understand why they do it, is it because they hate their lives. Literally paying for my food and its simple JUST CHEESE BURGER AND A BUN.

One of the worst McDonalds food wise in all of Alaska. Fries are never salted, the burgers or chicken sandwiches are always barely put together and taste horrible. I try to avoid this one even though it’s my closest one.

Service is very slow. A women came in the morning to order one orange juice and waited for a very long time before she had to leave to not be late to work. I also waited a long time. Workers need to learn better customer service skills- like greeting customers when they come in and making sure to communicate what the wait is. Also please make sure people are served in a timely manner. One of my least favorite McDonal’s currently in Anchorage due to the lack of service and atmosphere.

They are slow. It's not fast food. I ordered 3 ice creams and 2 medium fries, and they took 45 minutes to get out the 2 orders ahead of me. There was only one car in the drive-through. On top of it, they served the bigger order that came in after me first.

This restaurant is very well maintained and run. I prepared myself for a run down environment, but instead enjoyed a clean and tidy one. I'd say it stands out above other Anchorage McDonalds.

Very disappointing and dirty. We went on Monday when kids were to school. The floors were dirty. The tables were dirty no soap in the bathroom no toilet seat liners & no hand sanitizer on top of that. You have to order your own food at a kiosk so you can’t use cash.
