The lobby is closed at random times. Placed a mobile order for pickup ay the counter, get there, and I cant pick it up because the lobby is closed. They dont open at the hours posted online.

My wife went through the Drive Thru and ordered alot of food, we are a family of 5, to include a 10 piece nugget meal. We received everything except the 10 piece nuggets. As a family of 5 with 3 under 4 it’s incredibly difficult to just go back and receive the nuggets. Will not be going back to this location as it seems every time we go there’s issues with receiving our order
Lobby has been closed for a week. I called yesterday and was told the lobby was open for 10 minutes and I got there and the doors were locked. Eat lunch here on my break every day. Guess I'll just be going to Panda Express from now on

I see and know that there are people in the front and when I try to call, they are not answering the phone, I heard the pick-up, but they had hung up, the people NEED to answer the dang phone.
