Not sure why I have to pay extra for my customizations when I don't get the extras or the minimum even. I like the I've caramel coffee when it's actually caramel flavored so I go to customize it and add 2 times the caramel and a shot of vanilla syrup too then 2 times the caramel drizzle. Yet with all that flavor allnibtaste is coffee with plain cream. It's not at all the treat I was expecting it's pretty gross in fact. It's so frustrating to never get the iced caramel coffee with any caramel flavor.

Idk if it's new people or what but they give mcdonald workers a bad rep. They represent stupid. Redeeming an ice coffee. He has trouble ringing me up because he wants to charge me for the syrup. I tried explaining that the syrup comes with the iced coffee. I ORDER every day. He was lost. Then to top it off, the window guy had trouble making it. He asked me how many creams. I told him to just pour in 2 inches. He said he doesn't know how to make it. 🤦♀️ who is training these people??!!? Like u literally put ice, pump syrup, add ice coffee and top it off with cream!!! And mix. What in the world is going on here. I was shocked. Why does it feel like I need to get paid for training them? 11/10/24 10pm

I hope this is a learning lesson for the employees in that McDonald since there are a lot of young folks. We went there on Saturday and made an order. The order had a little mistake which could’ve been taken care with respect and kindness. There was a young black girl as a cashier and there was another black girl behind her. At first the cashier was “nice” and the girl in the back was just staring at me with an angry face. I smiled back at her kindly to fix her attitude. The cashier left to the back to let the crew know one of my order was wrong. Instead of closing the window I heard everything the little girl cashier said. “I was trying to be cool” keep it in mind I was trying to keep my cool. Lucky they didn’t say to the wrong person. I was pretty upset. I hope you all young people know that when someone is being kind be kind back. Not everyone is kind to fast food workers. Especially the ones who deals with customers 24/7. Before you talk behind customers back make sure they don’t hear you. ☺️ Oh and the manager of that shift who is a Filipino lady don’t roll your eyes too. I did stated I was going to go to the front to get my order but you had my debit card and there was no communication. I waited for my card to return to me. Be Communicative, be kind, and be respectful towards your customers. Your check comes from the customers☺️. Have a wonderful day and hope you don’t do what you do to me to the wrong person.

My husband and I used to go in this McDonalds everytime I'm craving cheeseburgers. Earlier, My son and I went to McDonald's this late because he wanted a Happy Meal. However, the employee mistakenly accused me of getting the happy meal in my hand, which is i received a soda and milk. I was so mad because he ask me to give back the happy meal which i don't received yet, so I offered him to come in, verify my truck so he can see what's inside and I'm telling the truth, I recommended checking their systems and CCTV footage. Are you questioning my honesty over a small $6 order? The employee who i talked to was terrible! Definitely not coming back!

What happened to inside dining? No silverware or drink machines, have signs saying to pay at kiosk but that does not allow for a military discount. I was handed McFlurrys with no spoons, then was ignored for over 10 minutes just to ask for some. This place is a joke.

Staff came out dabbing up there friends yelling and cussing at the top of their lungs the whole time I was there I get it’s fast food but still it was annoying and inappropriate there were kids on top of that they got my whole order wrong
