Skipped out on food. Asked for a sausage egg mcmuffin. They put it in, says so on the receipt, but the thing they gave us was just the buns, cheese, and egg. What is this?? Is this even on the menu?? Wish there was a survey they gave us.

Either I just got the bitter drive-thru woman or the store wont allow more than 5 sauces per order. She would'nt even allow me to buy them. Or order any more nuggets to get more sauce cups. Offered no resolution to the issue. Each store gets to pick their own policies to follow. Wont be back to this store.

Ordered a mcdouble and a mocha frappe with espresso. Frappe was good, but they gave me a very greasy (like dripping) mcdouble with no condiments. I went back and got a new mcdouble which wasn't as greasy but was extremely messy. Condiments all over the wrapper etc. And had half a piece of cheese on it (pretty sure it's supposed to gave 2 pieces of cheese)I get their in a rush. But I tried the burger and it wasn't very good. Ended up tossing it and going to Raising Canes

I mean it's McD's(fast food) lol. Not much to review. Their spicy chicken sandwiches are tasty though lol.
It's not fast food if your drive thu line is unseasonably slow. Not just a one time occurrence. Get it together.Food is fine. It's standard McDonald's

My recent experiences at this McDonalds has been horrible to the point where I do not want to come here for food again. My curbside pickup orders have been getting completely messed up as to where there is only 1-3 items that i have ordered also to include my root beer that i order and always seems to be disgusting as it have little to no syrup in it at all. It is also very easy to see that it is lacking syrup as it is a different color. Thats minor compared to the service as each time i come to this location workers are sucking on ring pops while working with the food and in the drive thru windows and also just not caring at all as they are always messing up orders or not serving customers to the best of their abilities or even with speed. Working in fast food restaurants I know we are not allowed to eat while serving customers or preparing food because it is unsanitary. Instead we would go to the back where there is a break area for workers to eat or drink or to the front where customers sit if there is no such break area. To further give business to this location workers will need to be more sanitary, get my orders right, and make sure soda syrups are filled. I keep wasting my money on items i don't receive and I have had enough.

Usually pretty quick but I will say you need to actually check the screen to make sure your order is right before you drive ahead. They're nice here but I think there's a decent bit of turnover with the drive through crew. Having said all that, still my preferred McDonald's in the area.

OMFG! today is 11/16/23 the staff working tonight shift was some of the most amazing people I've ever interacted with before at McDonald's. To set the scene I was driving a 15 person passenger van filled with youth to an event thinking I was going to park come inside the restaurant and order. They had the lobby closed most likely due to staffing. I totally understand. It's very very hard right now. So I had to drive this van through the drive-through not something I would recommend anyone doing, especially with 15 who wanted to order things that weren't even on the menu. The staff were extremely patient and the one taking my order was very kind and nice to let me know. She was going to help the other car for a minute while they were deciding. Orders and these are some of the most complicated orders I've ever heard in my entire life it's like these kids have never been to a McDonald's before ever. also I didn't know that you could request an extra hamburger patty inside a burger that already has too many. What is this in and out burger? I have no idea how they make the frozen café drinks but to see them make eight of them so rapidly blew my mind. I apologize profusely to every staff and all of them. We're extremely kind and nice to me. When I got up to the window, I knew it might take a while so I offered to pull the van out front out of the way so they let other cars get their food and move along. They told me there would be no need. They got us all of the drinks right away by the time they were done handing us all the drinks food order was then coming through the window quickly. We had two other cars in our caravan that were also in the drive-through that had a similar amazing experience. All of the youth love the food , even the strange things that they ordered who doesn't get pickles on a burger? Out of all of the order, there was one item that was forgotten we didn't find out until we arrived at our location. But we still had a car that was close by. They went back and were very kind to immediately make the item for them and apologize profusely. It's very strange to order hamburger patties by themselves. but the youth was going to feed his dog them. The place was clean and the staff acted like this was a normal thing. they did an amazing job. I personally don't frequent McDonald's often and I think this is by far the first time I have ever given one a 5 Star Review! but the entire team did amazing. Thank you so much.
