“Wilbert was great! He’s built for customer service and actually turned our opinions around. We came on a Saturday, it was 6pm and the store closed at 7, the seats were up and when we asked if we could sit instore and eat she informed us that the seats we’re “up for the night”. The food was good but customer service lacked, not sure if the young woman was having a bad day or something, but she wasn’t too personable or interactive. Wilbert was inviting, open and positive personality, and the pitas were amazing!! He asked if we’d like to try a sauce and actually helped orientate the menu a little more efficiently. This was my second time coming in, we were hesitant, but thankful we did cuz it was a great experience
