Good food, kind staff. I believe this place opened recently, so the atmosphere of the small restaurant is still new/young. Will dine/order from here again.

Not many food options. Both our dishes were greasy and had a weird taste. Maybe old cooking oil. Wife had chicken fried rice and I had the Shrimp chow mein. Shrimp were small and rubbery. Prices were kind of high too for Anchorage. Kenny's Kitchen is the best we have had in ANC.

The food here was so fresh and flavorful. Very much injured my order. The hot and sour soup was right on point. Didn't need to add anything. My only critique is they didn't have sweet tea, im from Texas and we love our sweet tea. But not a deal breaker the food more than satisfied me enough to pay it no regard. Over all excellent!

Great variety for omnivores and vegetarians. The shrimp fried rice is a bit bland and dry, other than that everything else is great!

Food’s great! Had the Spicy Beef Noodle soup. Good depth of flavor on the broth, it’s not just stock. Ingredients you want fresh are packaged neatly and separately. Spicy is actually spicy. Portion size is bigger than you’d expect, atleast for this specific dish. You could make two lighter meals out of it easily. For the price it competes or beats many of the places around, if you want traditional. Dining room is just fine if you want to eat in. Parking lots not huge, so maybe don’t bring a boat. 20 mins from call to food in hand. I’d come back for sure.

The sichuan chicken here is some of the best I’ve ever had, savory and rich in flavor, a perfect complement to a cold winter night.
Highly recommend Mei’s Kitchen.

The restaurant was cold! It was winter but still. When anyone opened the door the cold draft swept through the small restaurant. Even the server wore his winter coat while serving the customers!! The food was mediocre. If it wasn't for the spice in the the spicy beef stew it would have tasted bland. The chicken chow mein was bland as well. The only dish that was good was the chicken fried rice. Everything was served on plastic plates, bowls and cups. We will not be returning here. First and last time coming here. Was not a comfortable nor enjoyable experience.

From the outside this restaurant didn't look like much. Even inside the dining room was fairly simple. However, the noodles and the soups were excellent. They were tasty and at a nice amount of heat in their recipe.
