Food was absolutely delicious. The person at the counter recommended the best dishes there according to our tastes, and we really loved them. The potato appetizer was awesome ! We also had the Mongolian beef and a spicy pork noodle which were also equally good and had nice portion sizes. Highly recommend this place.

Delicious! The flavors and quality of the food were excellent. Spice level was exactly what I ordered. Hot and fresh when promised. Can’t wait to go back!

I really really REALLY wanted to like this place after hearing and reading such amazing reviews!!! 😭😭😭😭😭
Got the extra spicy fried shrimp, chicken wings, meis spicy fried chicken, garlic bok choy, and egg rolls. Everything we ordered extra spicy, which it was not, but what seasoning was there had a really good flavor. Our biggest issue was the chicken meat itself and the cook of meat. Everything was very “game-y” and I have never in my life had gamey chicken before. Its very clear they do not marinate any of the meat and unfortunately the flavor of the chicken overpowered the flavors of spice and seasoning and left a TERRIBLE aftertaste. All the chicken was overcooked which could have attributed to the nasty taste. We didn’t get sick luckily, so it wasn’t spoiled meat thankfully. The shrimp used is Costcos premade frozen shrimp with Meis spices. The seasoning tasted good but the shrimp was overcooked. Might not have been so upset if their price was better for frozen shrimp they didn’t even batter and fry themselves. Portion sizes were a HUGE disappointment, the pictures are not correct. The egg rolls were the size of a little smokey sausage. The BEST thing we got was the garlic bok choy, it was garlicy, buttery, hot and delicious but portion was for one person. We were all super hungry but after eating $60 of food we didn’t get much other than awful taste for hours even after going out and getting a Moose’s Tooth Santa’s little helper pizza! We wont be going back, but I hope they make changes and do well.

Service was great, and he was very helpful in answering questions we had!
The Spicy Fried Chicken was very flavorful & the spice level was perfect! Highly recommend getting it with a side of rice because fried chicken & rice are always a good combo, duhh ?
The Spicy Garlic Mussels were probably my least favorite. I just tasted more garlic than flavor.
Braised Beef Noodle soup was on point! Broth was light and flavorful. The beef was nice and tender and the veggies were a perfect consistency.
The Mongolian Beef had great flavorful and the beef was well cooked and not tough!
The Lychee Tea was so refreshing and delicious! Can’t wait to try their other flavors.
The price point here was definitely fair and you do get a pretty good size portion here. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

This an absolutely got to go place for real Chinese cooking. I’m from NYC and was absolutely blown away to find such a place in a strip mall here in Anchorage. Absolutely love the five spice beef noodle soup. The curry is great. The mapo dofu (tofu) is right on. The shrimp dumplings are perfect. A real stunner is the spicy fried chicken. And even more importantly is Joe, the owner and master of ceremonies who it was our privilege to meet. A great guy. My son who’s just moved to Anchorage will be visiting here regularly throughout the winter. So ignore the strip mall and just go if you like real Chinese home cooking. And thank you Joe from the bottom of our hearts and our stomachs. ❤️

I was amazed by their Sichuan cuisine. I am so grateful to be able to eat such authentic Chinese taste in Alaska, USA ~ The most authentic Sichuan spicy noodle with choice of shrimp or beef. Ordered medium spicy, if you are not used to Sichuan chilly oil spicy level, I suggest you try the less spicy version.
