Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Apparently the Açaí bowl they advertise all over their walls are only for DoorDash? Make it make sense. I would prefer if an owner/manager responded to this. Thank you.

ETA: I did find the bowls in the freezer. I asked for the bananas for the tropical bowl and was told by the staff person that they were only available for DoorDash orders.

Just a Psa they DO charge by weight which literally feels like robbery.
I didnt even fill my cup all the way up from the machines, maybe 3/4 the way and didnt pack the yogurt down- got ONE topping and my total was $12! Thats high!!! There's another local frozen yogurt shop that only charges $7 for a cup and you can fill it as high as you want with as many toppings as you'd like.
Thats where I would go.
Overall the place was alright besides pricing- floor was super sticky.
I will say I got there at 6:30 on a Sunday evening and by 6:45 they had the bathrooms closed even though they dont actually close until 8 so found that strange & off putting.

It's always clean and inviting. Tons of toppings lots of fresh fruit. Love all the flavor choices!! Friendly staff!!

Brick and Anastasia are the most kind workers i have ever been around in my entire life. They come to work with a ready to get it done attitude and always deliver. Their wages should be at least doubled because they made my day. They even played my favorite baby kia song! Food was great, would come back!

Totally got juiced on my DoorDash order. When you spend more than 30 dollars on 2 items and mine is literally half full of yogurt, that’s a real bummer! We order from ya’all all the time but this is ridiculous.

Dietary restrictions: There are sugar-free yogurt options and fruit toppings!

Kid-friendliness: Colorful atmosphere, and table with crayons and Menchie-themed coloring book pages. There is also a chalkboard and chalk for children to use!

Went in around 8pm and was able to do a few samples but then 3 of the machines stopped working saying it needed to be refilled but none of the workers would do anything we waited 10 mins and still nothing. I’ll stick to the yogurt lounge

I honestly love Menchies and this location is fine. The problem is that no matter when I go, right when they open, middle of the day, or evening, recently, most of their flavors are inoperable/empty. It's sad when we make the trip for the only option to be vanilla.

I would appreciate a sign or some information about how the machine cycles to get a better idea of how long the wait for them to refill would be.
