Food and beer flights were delicious. View wasn't "alaska" but it gets the job done. The service was weird. We couldn't tell who our waitress was as multiple people kept coming to check on us and take our order or collect out bill. Very weird. It was overwhelming

Very well made beers and good food. Friendly staff and what more could you ask for?

Horrible! Went once for the great reviews, ordered a salad that was mediocre and ended up with bad food poisoning. Never again!

Great food, atmosphere, and beer! The staff was friendly too. What a great place. I am visiting and have been to most of the breweries in Anchorage and this has been my favorite by far.

Visiting from Australia with family our dinner at Midnight Sun was a highlight. Thanks for the exceptional service and experience Mark, as well as the rest of the team.

Primo food and drink. Super friendly staff. Nice that even though it gets busy, it's not crazy like places downtown during tourist season.

What a neat place to go have some drinks with friends and grab a bite to eat.

As Anchorage's oldest brewery and the second oldest brewery in Alaska, Midnight Sun Beer Co. has earned its place as one of the state's greatest. With nearly three decades of brewing excellence, Midnight Sun continues to impress with its creative and flavorful beers.

Our favorite beer at Midnight Sun was the cult classic, "Fallen Angel" Belgian Strong. Originally brewed on 06-06-06, its intriguing apple and pear flavors have garnered a cult following, and its annual release is highly anticipated by beer enthusiasts. This beer's unique profile and storied past make it a must-try if it's available during your visit.

Our runner-up was the "Great Northern Chicken" double dry-hopped DIPA brewed in collaboration with "Chicken Phil" from Stillfire Brewing Company in Georgia. Hopped with Centennial and Chinook, this DIPA delivers a bold and hoppy punch, balanced by a smooth finish. The name might catch your attention, but the flavor earns it a must taste beer.

Midnight Sun Beer Co. is located in the back of an industrial park on the second floor, giving it a hidden gem vibe. The taproom and kitchen provide a cozy and inviting space to enjoy with a small group of friends. In addition to their impressive beer selection, Midnight Sun serves lunch and brunch, making it a great spot for a mid-day meal. They also brew their own sodas, which are available on tap, offering a refreshing alternative for non-beer drinkers.

Having first sampled their beers back in 2015, it was a surprise to see some of the same beers and labels still on tap or bottled and in use! It was a sureal experience recognizing beer names and bottles that we haven't had in nearly a decade.

I started working in Alaska a year ago and Midnight Sun was the first place I ate and the first Alaskan beer I tried. I also tried many other restaurants and breweries in the area, but Midnight Sun has become my favorite for food or beer. Their daily food specials are always amazing, and I love how they have a great variety of beers to drink (and they never disappoint). I highly recommend this place and cannot wait until I can show this place to friends and family when they visit.

My family and I loved this place! Midnight Sun was our first stop in Anchorage visiting family. The vibe is relaxed, unpretentious and friendly. Easily my favorite brewery we visited during a week in Alaska. Every beer my wife and I tried was fantastic (tasty IPAs and how can one not love Panty Peeler?!), the kiddos loved the pretzels and our extremely friendly waitress recommended the Sweet Cheeks but as a burrito vs on a hoagie...ridiculously delicious. Midnight Sun will always be my first request when we come back to visit this beautiful part of the world. Cheers!

Great atmosphere, staff, and beer! Will come back for Pleasure Town and Belgian selections. The pretzel sticks and hummus plate are delicious.

A brewery that has pretty great food. Lots of different sandwich options. We had a variety at the table. You definitely get your money’s worth when adding meat to your sandwich. As someone who eats 110+ grams of protein a day, it was a bit much even for me. Still, better too much than too little. I don’t recommend upgrading your sandwich side from chips… the Mac and cheese was ok. Other than that, great beers, wonderful atmosphere with a view when it’s not raining. They have art and other merch for sale.
