Ordered ahead for pick up as I knew their service is always so slow and you never know if it will take 10 minutes or 30 minutes to get coffee and a sandwich. Received a notification that my food was ready 10 minutes before I had scheduled. When I went to pick up, I stood in line but then noticed another employee doing some cleaning right next to where my order was sitting. Politely asked if I needed to stand in line for my pick up order or if she would be able to hand it to me as its was paid for already. She cut me off, rolled her eyes, asked my name with an outlandishly dramatic tone of inconvenience and then handed me my food. Absolutely terrible service, which is why I try to avoid as much interaction with them as possible by doing a pick up order. Convenient location for me but I won't be returning, and I highly recommend you find somewhere else for coffee and/or lunch.
Food was very good. Especially liked the Tomato Basil soup and the Cuban sandwich.

My younger daughter (18months) has a peanut allergy, and the employees handled the situation appallingly.
We asked about allergens prior to ordering and were told it was fine. We noticed that they weren't changing gloves between orders, so I asked about handling our daughter's food.
The woman behind the counter said that they won't change gloves, they don't have to, they're not allergy-friendly, and walked away.
When our food was done I said that I wasn't pleased about the differing information, that we had now paid for food she couldn't eat, and that not being upfront about it when we asked before we ordered could harm my daughter.
This woman had the audacity to argue with me about her allergy, saying something about if my older one could kiss my younger one after eating peanuts then it would be fine, said they could only refund the whole order or nothing at all, and then finally gave a half-hearted and far too late sorry when I said for the third time that I'm just asking them to be up front about allergens because it can be serious.
Food was fine but not at all worth the dishonesty and potential to cause an ER visit.
Dietary restrictions: They will not honor dietary restrictions but they might tell you that they will. That's what my review is about. I'm glad I double checked because a peanut allergen could have harmed or killed my 18 month old daughter.

Food unusual for Europe, toasted bread with peanut butter, bacon and pickles. I chose it consciously, but I would have expected something different or more for the price. A thick slice of bread for $9. Service was a bit confusing, my food went to someone else while I was waiting, but it was also busy, you have to admit.

Just wanted to say thank you for the delicious breakfasts the last couple of days. I loved the muffins, bagel sandwiches, and coffee. But best of all was the super friendly staff.
