So I can't rate the food or drinks because I just left due to bad costumer service. I waited for 10 minutes, and I was behind one person. There were 3 workers, two were only worried about decorating the front. I was about to just walk off when one of them decorating said she could help me, but she was rude the whole time while taking my order. She didn't listen to my order, proceeded to make it wrong twice, and thats when I just left. If their priorities are to decorate instead of helping costumers properly, they don't deserve to get any costumers at all.

The only experience I've had with them through the years have been positive despite otherwise for others. Although the cookies are quite expensive, they are sweet and delightful overall to enjoy while walking around the mall. Can't recommend it for everyone but no harm in trying the place.

7 bucks for a cookie!?!? Cmon now! Definitely wasn't worth the price cookies smelled good but was given an old one and was very disappointed it tastes like a Walmart cookie would not recommend ever coming here crumbls cheaper and better quality

I ordered the cookies and cream and that was not a good taste at all, so make sure you know before you go to Mrs.Fields. their items are freezer burnt .

Really disappointed with the service I recieved today, maybe it was my fault because I ordered a drink that the worker didn't know how to make but she should've informed me that she couldn't make it, I ordered an iced white chocolate coffee, and the worker poured a whole cup of milk and mixed it with some type of powder. Powder wasn't even fully mixed in and the drink tasted like just milk.

This place has really gone downhill. I paid a pretty penny for three semi sweet chocolate chip cookies that were hard as rocks. The quality of their cookies has taken a major nose dive, from making the best chocolate chip cookies to some of the worst.

Cookies were harder then I remembered...we got 1 ice cream sandwiche,, ice cream was very soft and fell out of the cookies...got 2 other chocolate chip walnut cookies, not soft but still good! Put in the microwave for 10 seconds and they were perfect!
Music was too loud, couldn't hear the employee, she got us our cookie then ignored us. No prices listed, pretty lame.

I wanted two dozen sugar butter cookies but they don’t bake a huge batch of them since they don’t sell a lot. I talked to the manager about it and he told me I could call and order them. He asked that I give them two hours to get the order ready. I really appreciate that because I only wanted the sugar butter cookies. When i picked them up, he had them boxed up really nice with a thank you message attached. Such great customer service!

I come here almost everyday on my lunch break to get some of their delicious cookies! The Red Bull Italian Sodas are amazing and the staff is always friendly and respectful. They make me feel like we've been friends forever instead of a regular customer. Highly Recommend!
