My experience in museum restaurants has been limited to prepackaged salads, or grill offerings. I was so delighted by my Salmon Katsu, im still in shock. This bowl has been the best prep and treatment of the salmon I've experienced since I've been on this business trip. Food was great and the service was great. It was a little pricey as it cost four adults and a kid just over $100 to eat lunch while touring the Anchorage Museum. They need a kids menu.
