They will not give a refund for purchase. Only in store credit. They can literally look up the purchase in their computer system and see it, but still refuse refund. I would NOT recommend this store at all.

Such an amazing store! - I could feel the connection to the local community here. It felt like I discovered an oasis of good food, everywhere, the whole store is yummy. All my favorite natural brands and more. The deli was scrumptious, great meats and the fruits and vegetables so amazing for Alaska. Fresh food at its best, local bakery items, great coffee. And everyone was so helpful. In fact there was a lot of laughter in this store, I could hear conversation between friends. It was warm all around.

Had an awful experience with two male employees, after charging my card six times, telling me each time it was not charging me. I had a bad feeling so I checked my bank statement and saw that they were charging me repeatedly and still wanted to swipe my card more times. They were not able to fix the problem on their end. Had to get a hold of my bank and prove to them it was not me making the charges. They still were trying to take peoples cards until I started to tell people what happened and then they told the cashiers to stop taking card. The men were extremely rude and unprofessional. It was very obvious that they had no idea what they were doing and then started to act aggressive towards me for being upset with the lack of professionalism and the blatant disrespect he was showing. He threatened to call the police on me and when I told him please do because you guys have robbed me he continued to talk to other customers about me right in front of me and never dialed the police. I told him I was recording and he tried to make excuses for his actions. I did get the whole thing on video and also him trying to explain his way out of it. Now when I come in he or the other male employee will come next to me where I’m shopping and just stand about 5 feet away from me. It’s extremely uncomfortable and obvious they are looking for an issue. It’s a shame because the owners seem nice but the managers they have are dragging them down. It’s obvious they don’t care and I’d be glad to share the video. Also have videos of them stalking me in the store after the incident.
