This place is nothing like what I remember from years ago at a different Outback Steakhouse I used to go to frequently. No. The food here was horrible on last visit. The service was horrible. The environment reminded me more of a sushi restaurant than a steakhouse. I will never return here ever again. This is not a good place to eat period. If in Anchorage, visit a restaurant that makes the food awesome, and has a good environment to eat in. I think this restaurant would be better sold and turned into a sushi restaurant.

My waiter was attentive enough, but not overbearing. The manager was very pleasant, he wasn’t fake, he seemed genuinely interested in our experience. We ordered ahi which was perfect. It had rich flavor with a side of freshness. We also ordered the center cut sirloin another dish served to perfection. The service was on point.

We had a really good time at Outback Steakhouse! The food was tasty — the steaks were juicy and cooked just right. The free bread they brought out was warm and delicious — we could’ve eaten a whole basket! Our server was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The place had a chill vibe and was perfect for a relaxed dinner. Definitely a spot we’ll come back to!

Terrible terrible serve. Went in the restaurant and it wasn’t even busy. Got sat down and after 10 minutes of waiting for being able to place drink order nothing. Servers were waiting on everyone else but never came over. Finallly just got up and went somewhere else. This place needs to shut it doors down or get a manager that can manage and make their employees actually do their job.
They were out of the 8 oz. Fillet Mignion which was disappointing. We were there on a Friday evening around 5:00 PM. How can you be out of the meat at the beginning of the the week-end? Poor planning? The service was fabulous.

We had family from out of town and they chose to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday taking her out here. Daniel did a great job putting a smile and taking the extra effort to make things the best possible. For a Friday night the service was surprisingly fast. Had a great meal and nice quiet fun with the family.

We went there for my daughter’s birthday and our server was wonderful. He was very nice and accommodating, very good with the 6 year old too! My only complaint at all was there was way too much fat in the steak, huge chunks where that was the whole bite. Other than that, the food was awesome. I didn’t care for the girl clearing our plates, it felt like she was rushing us when we were still eating dessert. She was taking the water glasses (which was fine) but stuck her finger into my soda glass to pick it up. I wasn’t anywhere near finished with it but after having someone’s finger in it… well, I became finished. I did appreciate that our server put a candle in the dessert for my daughter for her birthday, I thought that was very sweet of him. In all, it was a good experience but nobody wants to feel like they’re being rushed out of somewhere after they’ve just eaten! It wasn’t the server, I don’t know if she was a busser or what but it was in no way crowded- or even busy. And we had ordered an appetizer, our meals and a dessert. So we didn’t just go in for a drink and a chat. The server was A+ tho and that is very important to me as I’ve had that job so I know it can be hard! The Bloomin’ Onion appetizer was amazing! They could put the ketchup and steak sauce in a little larger container tho, those were a bit small. But still yummy…
Parking: Plenty of space to park.
Kid-friendliness: Our server was great with a 6 year old, gave her time to decide what she wanted to eat and she got a generous portion. She got a steak with fries and macaroni & cheese and was happy! Of course she loved the dessert too!
