Oh my goodness. Tried to order on the app - it repeatedly failed. Phoned in the order - language barrier caused the phone order to take 15 minutes (no lie). Then, the delivery would be an hour, so I respectfully asked for a refund. The person had to translate for someone else to answer the question, and then they hung up on me. I called back, the lady offered to send a photo of the refund receipt — and then hung up on me again.
