Horrible! My chicken wasn't fully cooked, the noodles are raw and dry, and the egg roll is burnt. I usually receive good food and service but this is awful. I tried to call but they don't answer the phone.

Nice selection but I wish they would not put peanuts in the food. This is not what the public wants...put it on the side...peanuts a t w aggravating and ruins the meal. Also stop serving those ugly mushrooms. It makes you not want the dish...

I took my mother their for the first time and they server woman was so rude to my mother that she was crying when we left. The last time I was there the man serving me was rude in the exact same way. Fixing our order doesn't need to be a argument. Learn how to speak to customers. I wanted to confront the worker but I was with my kids and the negativity was already to much.Kid-friendliness: The people working here are mean and disrespectful.

Food is kind of dull and boring, chow mien was dry, crispy shrimp was flavorless, but the staff is nice and inviting. Not a bad experience just could have been better with some menu improvements.

Okay I swore off panda express after having it in the valley. (Don't go to the wasilla one it sucks) I decided to give this one a go as I'm stuck in town for hours and ooooo man is it good and I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes.

Seems like every time I go here lately I'm disappointed. Sometimes the food is really good. Sometimes the food is just so so. Sometimes the food is really bad just burned stale or dried out. A third of the time you get a great meal. Another third you get a boring meal. And another third you just get burned nasty dried out not even edible garbage. Is it worth it? It's certainly not consistent!
Terrible food, terrible service, and the portions are extremely small for the price. Asked for sweet & sour sauce and hot mustard. Didn't get any. Food was cold. The food is a very sorry excuse for Chinese food. Does not qualify. This is the last time I will eat here.

If your restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 PM and someone gets there at 8:50 and you have almost no food and tell them they need to wait for 20 minutes for any other dish, that’s horrible customer service and horrible business. Might as well have closed at 9p. You should do what you say and make sure your customers are taken care of till the time you say you close. Just terrible.
