Ordered teriyaki chicken and fried rice. The fried rice had taste and texture of white rice with vegetables. It did not have fried rice flavor at all. The teriyaki chicken had almost no flavor. This is not the first time I've had Panda Express, but is the first time at this store. The staff are friendly. Portions are reasonable for the price point.

The lady taking the order was rude and made no announcement on the mic. I had to call out a couple of before she said “hold on”. Keep in mind, there was one other car in the drive through… the black guy at the window never said a word, he took my card, charged it and handed me my food.. zero customer service. The Tikahtnu Commons location should consider letting these folks go and hire replacements that want to work.

My wife and me went here to order take out and had the most pleasant experience. The gentlemen helping us out was very curious and professional which I truly did appreciate. We got the family meal which will provide a family of big backs left overs for the next day which was our case. If you are short on time and have to feed a family of bottomless pits come here.

there are some workers that make it so obvious they don’t wanna be there and lack customer service. one gentleman at the window today 10/15 worked the lunch hour 11:40am - 12:30pm, very rude. Didn’t ask if i needed soy sauce or teriyaki and didn’t even give me the chance to ask because he handed me the food and walked away. Not even a “have a nice day”.

Portions are now smaller for sane price!!! The noodles were very dry, chewy and luke warm. The sesame chicken was very good and flavorful. Broccoli beef was ok. Low on beef, and broccoli needed a few more minutes to cook.

I’ve been through several locations of Panda Express and as a loyal panda lover, this place was disappointing. I’m visiting from California and this is the worst panda location I’ve been to. Wait time took ridiculously long for not being busy.. I ordered a bigger plate and they didn’t give me the third portion in the small red box like how they normally would do. Instead, they put it in the plate but it wasn’t three portions.. This place is a disgrace to the panda gods and to me, as a loyal panda customer

I have been staring at my food waiting for them to hand it to me for 5 minutes. They asked for my name, and then did not give me my food. They went on to serve other customers when they just needed to hand me the food from behind the counter.
