Staff was horrible. I waited inside for someone to take my order. I was the only person in line and nobody would wait on me. When drive thru worker called for help at front the other employee yelled back CAN’T YOU SEE I’M BUSY and she came out and ignored me. I ended up leaving without ordering and I waited a long time because it smelled good.

The food was okay as was the service, but you needed super human strength to open the entrance door as there was negative pressure happening inside. I then went to my car to eat as it was freezing inside and very uncomfortable. I've never really seen such a lack of care for the customers comfort. I laughed as I sat in my car eating and watching people trying to get in because of the negative pressure.

I visited this restaurant last night for dinner with my family. We inquired about the availability of a specific dish, intending to wait if it wasn’t immediately ready. To our surprise, a staff member, not directly serving us, responded harshly by literally screaming at us, stating that items not in the display case were not available for inquiry. This interaction was abrupt and unsettling, especially as it occurred in front of my children. It was challenging to identify the staff member, as she was not wearing a name tag, but we later learned her name was Karshma. This experience was quite unusual and not reflective of the standard of service we expected.
Let me preface this by saying I’ve never been upset enough with a restaurant to post a review like this but infuriated me. These idiots in the drive thru can never get your order right and will hand you the wrong food/drink almost every single time we go here. They will charge you for food you never receive and on top of that will forget teriyaki sauce for the damn teriyaki chicken LMAO. I could understand if they were busy but whenever they screw up this badly we are one of three or less cars usually on a Monday. I’ve worked in food service for years and can’t fathom just not double checking orders before you hand them out, especially when they are slow. The only reason we ever come here is when other Chinese restaurants are closed and we are disappointed EVERY time.

I personally love panda. But this would be my third time going to buy food and ordering grilled teriyaki chicken and have no teriyaki sauce or other sauce that goes to what my family orders. Personally time to start making my own Panda Express meals.
