Fast , super amazing staff and did I mention fast

Door dash was reassigned 3 times because of a delay in the order being ready. When the door dash did get there they had sent my order with the delivery driver to the wrong house and had another 15 min delay on an order that was already 50 minutes

I ordered a medium pepperoni, extra cheese on the app. I go inside to pick it up, and it took a good 5 minutes for them to say anything to me, or other patrons, that were waiting. Eventually I got my pizza and go back to the hotel, and it was a pizza that had only had bbq sauce and cheese. I called them, and left a voicemail, and no one called me back. Im passing through town and was extremely busy so I couldn't go back to get my order corrected.

13 of my neighbors orders a Large Sausage pizzas we order other ones too but the 11 that got sick ate that one. Then they would not respond to calls.

Horrible customer service when you call in the guy answers P.J.’s what does that stands for PROJECTS? Should be because it’s not the first time it happened from this location.I just ordered a pizza and one was ranch. The other was barbecue sauce. I called and complained that they just gave me cheesy bread because the pizza has no sauce. The guy literally said that was made just like you ordered it if it is then why do. I have two pizzas that has no sauce on it, why would I lie about no sauce? Did nothing to make it right not even ask me to bring the order in and they would make it right for me. I wont order from these guys again.

This is my families favorite Papa Johns in Anchorage we go to. There is actually one much closer to our home and we purposely drive farther just to get food here. It's hot, fresh and 9/10 times my order is done correctly. Great location and good service. I recommend them over others in town.

Dude taking orders today is the dumbest individual I have spoke with so far this year. Can't rate anything else when the dude is too stupid to even complete my order. Have people with common sense take orders if you're going to have idiots on the payroll.
