Went in just for a pizza dough base (to make my own pizza). Worker was very sweet and even discounted my order since it was just dough.

Papa Johns, pizza hut, little Cesar's, literally anywhere else will have fully cooked pizza for the same price in less time than it takes Papa Murphy's to assemble a take and bake. this place has become a joke. Don't waste your money. Under staffed, slow, poor service, over priced.
I walked in was greeted said I needed to make an order. Young kid hat on backwards said an order ok. He finished the pizza he was working on and then told the other young man who had just came up front he was gonna do the dishes. He did not let his co workers know I was waiting to make an order. I stood for at least 10-15 minutes and finally asked if I could make an order. The young man said he thought I was waiting for an order. Customer service could have been better

This location posted its hour on Saturday till 9pm. On 5/25/24 I went there at 8:21pm. No one was inside, one door was open. I was calling for someone. 10 minutes later an African American young guy came inside from the parking lot and started to give me attitude and said, we are CLOSED. I asked about the posted hour. He looked annoyed and ignored me. Another guy opened the door. They were hanging out in the parking lot. They all looked very getto. I got scared because I didn’t wana get robbed and left the premises. The owner should look into how employee work when they are not being micro managed.

When I walked in and saw all the scattered ingredients all over the counter and display case I was hesitant to order. I wanted to see how the pizza ahead of me was prepared. Guy making pizza looked miserable and did not wipe down counter before or after preparing pizzas. He was wearing gloves but kept touching everything like the walls and other surfaces and kept pulling up his saggy pants with the ppe gloves still on. Against my better judgement I still took an overpriced pie and did get diarrhea that night. (Saturday 2/17/24 @7:30p)Definitely a sanitation issue here and we won't be back.

So, when the pizza is made as stated in the order, it's fantastic. But the last three times ordering pizza from this Papa Murphy's branch they have left the sauce off the pizza. At first I thought I had done something wrong during the ordering service, but I checked and that wasn't it. It's just bizarre.I tried to reach out to the company but couldn't reach anyone so I'm leaving a review in the hopes that someone sees it and rectifies the situation so this doesn't keep happening to people. I've never had an issues before so no idea what has changed.

I just ate four pieces of flavored bread and paid $40 for two 12” pizzas. Ordered two GF - one with pepperoni and one with sausage and olive. There is no cheese on this pizza and just a little sauce. We just blew hard earned money for flavored bread and are still hungry. I love papa murphys pizza and have never had pizza from them that has few toppings and especially NO CHEESE! Have never seen anything like this. Full huge bare spots and a few droppings of cheese you couldnt even taste. Couldnt even string the cheese together. This has never happened in 30 yrs of eating papa murphys pizza. They literally weigh their ingredients so you get pretty close to the same amount every time. We are still really hungry and want our money back, but not gonna happen. There were two poorly trained kids working behind the counter at 7:30 pm on Saturday 11/4/23. Pizza is made with cheese kids. We cant even finish it. It is so bad. First and last time stopping here. Really disappointing cuz it is on the way home from work.
