I walked in was greeted said I needed to make an order. Young kid hat on backwards said an order ok. He finished the pizza he was working on and then told the other young man who had just came up front he was gonna do the dishes. He did not let his co workers know I was waiting to make an order. I stood for at least 10-15 minutes and finally asked if I could make an order. The young man said he thought I was waiting for an order. Customer service could have been better
So, when the pizza is made as stated in the order, it's fantastic. But the last three times ordering pizza from this Papa Murphy's branch they have left the sauce off the pizza. At first I thought I had done something wrong during the ordering service, but I checked and that wasn't it. It's just bizarre.I tried to reach out to the company but couldn't reach anyone so I'm leaving a review in the hopes that someone sees it and rectifies the situation...
Customer service is fantastic. They go above the normal standards. Very clean location.
