New employees ignore customers at drive up window. Works very slow on orders.

Pizzas are good, but their customer service is better. Walked in, ordered two family size pizzas and walked out in under 10 minutes.What do you say about atmosphere, except that they are welcoming, attentive, and quick. You don't don't need much of a lobby with those three things for a take-n-bake shop.
