Where to start - told 1hr to 1.5 hr wait so I should've known better, but we figured we'd be OK to wait since it was still early. Food took 2.5 hrs to arrive. It came with only one of 2 soups included in the meals. The egg rolls are tiny and mostly dough with no filling. Got the A-6 & whatever the meal with sweet and sour shrimp is. But since they don't do the shrimp we allowed the substitute of chicken. The meal with sweet and sour chicken came with almost no Mongolian beef. Each meal has the smallest amount of rice I've ever seen from an Asian food restaurant and this was $35 + tip. The restaurant is only 14-15 min from my house.

This restaurant literally don’t deserve one star smh. I literally spent over 65.00 dollars on straight TRASH?I didn’t get what I ordered and when I called the manager, she was very rude and decided to hang up on me after telling them my order was not correct and top it off a few missing items. Very disappointed and will NEVER order from this place ever.? luckily DoorDash refunded my money back which I am grateful for. THANK YOU DOORDASH!? As for the Trash , it was where it needed to be…in the trash ? ??

Spent nearly 20 bucks a dinner dish and the food portion was awful.my 10 year old nephew could eat more than this. Also only got 1 soup out of two.no buying again.

What the heck happened to this place? A year ago this was our go to place. Food was always good, was hot when it came to the house, and the delivery was fast.
Ever since they shut down for a few months last year, once they re-opened, the delivery has been AWFUL!
I called for delivery and the girl on the phone said one hour. Fine. It is summer, cruise season, AK is busy, I get it. After an hour and a half I called to inquire about our order. Same girl told me driver is leaving in five minutes. Fine.
And HOUR AND A HALF LATER and 80 damn dollars later, still no food. Some of my family members have medical issues and they need to eat on a schedule. Today- dinner was out of our control so we thought we would order from our usually reliable place.
Reliable no more. This review makes me sad but also frustrated that I am 80$ out and no food. I now need to cancel the order on my credit card- if I even can- and need to scrape something together at 8:30 at night. Ugh!
I am not sure what is happening, but I will no longer be ordering from here for delivery.
I hope this restaurant can overcome their struggles- they have lost a customer forever.

Been eating here since 1997 and it’s still the best !!hand down ! I fell in love with this place and food and is forever in my memory will be visiting soon .use to go to karate and then after this amazing food to eat .love those times !! Now I live in Texas and still say this is #1

Portions were quite small. Shrimp lo mein tasted bad and was smothered in sauce. The chicken and rice was half the size of most restaurants for a higher price. We ordered pick-up and came when they said it would be done and had quite the rate.I wouldn't order from them again.

We ordered a small meal for a family of 4. No big deal right, lady says it will be there in 1 hrs so we're like ok little busy. Call an hr an a half later and the same lady says its on the way, 2 hrs later still no food and is still on the way, 3 hrs later and cold cold food we tossed out. What shifty service with only 1 driver.
DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!!! We ordered, waited over an hour.. were then told it would be a few minutes more.. called back after 2 hours. Was then told “oh we are starting to cook your food.” Horrible service. Waste of time. Now hoping we even get our money back. Buyer-Beware.
