Abrial and Amaya are the best.
I order a vanilla breve, half sweet, extra hot with whip, and a mocha milkshake extra thick every day., And these ladies get my order right every time. They are friendly, pleasant, professional, yet have a great sense of humor, and it is the perfect start to my day every day. I just can’t say enough about these two ladies.

I went there on Thursday the 13th at 615 am. I was in line, the order went out, the person paid, I rolled my window down, the person put on their brake lights then didn't move, I heard them chit chatting and timed it, it was 11 and half minutes, I ended up being late by 4 minutes to work because the girls decided to chit chat

Partner goes here maybe once a week, it’s on the way to work. Baristas here seem to have no idea that a mocha and white mocha are different. Every time he asks for a white mocha, they give him a mocha. No big deal he’ll drink it, but it’s disappointing they can’t get it together. However today, when asking for a white mocha, they straight up forgot to add the espresso. The cup contained straight up syrup, not even white chocolate syrup at that… big bummer. Can’t even count how many $8 drinks were made wrong.

Do the baristas roast the beans for each customer?? The KGB Perkup has an average wait time of half and hour or more. The sign on the window (when you finally get to it that is) says be patient… I get it but the reason people go up to drive ups is to get their coffee and go- You can be efficient and good, and not waste your customers time, gas and patience

I’ve been a loyal customer of this coffee shop for a while, but my recent experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I asked for my drink to be extra hot and repeated my request to ensure it was clear, as it has been an issue many times before. Instead of accommodating my request professionally, the barista rudely shoved the hot milk in my face with a thermometer, asking in a snide tone if it was “hot enough.”

This behavior, particularly from the heavier-set redheaded barista with glasses and hickies and the taller, older woman with a bob haircut, was uncalled for and really upset me. Customers deserve respect and a welcoming environment, not sarcasm and attitude. I don’t think I will ever be returning.
