My Favorite restaurant in Anc the last 15 years! Yes it’s in an old Pizza Hut building and no one cares, it’s that Yummy!!! 😋 I always get the Tom Yum Soup with chicken/ shrimp and udon noodles, which is what the chef/ owner told me he eats as his fav 15 years ago, sorry I don’t remember his name, enjoy you won’t be disappointed!!!! ;))
Food is really good; I recommend the green curry. Service could be better and I do not return more often for that same reason. I suggest you to try going at a less busy time and there may be a better chance of more attentive service.
Service was great and price is good, but the pho is lackluster at best. The broth appears to be made with real bones (correct fat content) however it tastes as if they do not roast the ingredients to get the aromatics out. The deep rich taste of ginger and black cardamom traditionally used in pho was just not present in the broth. I also found myself searching for notes of cinnamon and star anise.
