Great food, the tom yum soup was especially delicious! My food was done before the estimated time even!!

Ordered to go, Tom Khar was only filled half way of my $13+ bowl. And my curry was definitely not right. Super pissed! No one will answer the phone, tried calling 4x... very disappointed!! I will only order from Pho Lena on Spenard! They never mess up, and are always awesome!! Express can beat it!

Great food, but Chicken Satay was dry, and in my Pad Vun Sen i ordered Calamari and got imitation crab.

Extremely annoyed that you guys are discontinuing shrimp + chicken in the fresh rolls. You guys were the only ones in town who do both. Take that away and there’s really nothing special about them. If it’s “expensive” to buy shrimp right now, i would literally pay an extra $5 just to have them made the way i want. Probably won’t be eating here anymore honestly.

I ordered pad thia, one of the bean sprouts had mold on the end of it. Makes me concerned with how fresh the food was.

Ordered GrubHub. Asked for extra fresh herbs. Came with no cilantro. I'm furious. No sriracha or hoisin either. That's ok with me (I had sriracha at home). I'm fuming about the tiny little bit of basil and no cilantro. Really mad. Don't you realize I ordered GrubHub to help with social distancing and I have to pay a lot for that and give the driver a big tip?! And you send me a (after tip and delivery) $25 bowl of soup and can't be bothered to send what I asked for. Pho Mekong gets it right. Also please cook noodles all the way on to go orders :)

The pho wasn't meaty enough and lacked flavor. The peppered steak was all peppers and barely any steak. The egg rolls were tiny and expensive and lacked flavor. 10 out of ten would not recommend. I'm going to have to stick with phoNatik for future pho orders they never disappoint

Incredibly impressed with the size of the menu and that everything we ordered was delicious! So many soups I felt a bit lost in what to try but settled for the interesting sounding Lao Tum Yum Veggie Wonton which was listed under pho if memory serves. I wasn't sure what to expect, having coconut milk in it I wondered if it would be creamy(which doesn't seem like pho). Instead it was a perfectly struck balance of coconut milk and the broth still making for a light, refreshing, and well spiced soup. Noodles, sprouts etc were all fresh and provided in a very nice portion size. We got the Lao fresh rolls as well, which I'm always a s***** for fresh rolls - these were tasty and fit the bill, I'm wondering if their peanut dipping sauce was homemade? If not it was at the very least unique. The chicken fried rice was a hefty serving that we ate for leftovers the following evening! We ordered takeout and the packaging was expert level, definitely no fear of messy spills with the soups! Prices were great, many of their generous portion sized soups are all around the 10$ mark so we'll definitely be revisiting the next time we have the craving for pho!

This was my first time ordering from Pho Lena Express. I've always loved Pho Lena. I ordered the lao style larb, chicken satay and a bbq pork steam bun. The steam bun was pork, not bbq pork and pretty bland. The larb was super salty, so much that I couldn't eat it. I ordered chicken larb but it was either ground pork or ground chicken, yuck. And the satay was dry with very water peanut sauce. I will not be ordering from Pho Lena Express again. Super disappointing.
the yellow curry is all I had from here but ive ordered it multiple times it's so yummy. my last choice of food before i move out of state

Great food and service. Tucked away, and I like it that way.

I'm so happy they opened this location! I miss the old Spenard location but the menu and food here is similar to the old location. I've door dashed from the downtown location but it's not quite the same.
