Stepped inside and the cashier/ waitress was rude. Told us to “sit down” and tossed our menu on the table not even looking at us. On top of that she was tossing dishes into the buckets loudly! Pho Saigon do better with who you hire seriously

Pad Thai had the red sweet Americanized version and was disappointing. Friend had the coconut soup with mushrooms , it was watery and bland. Service felt like it was a favor done for you ..the booth seat was torn . The entire meal was less than ideal for the 58.00 spent .

One of the most delicious pho in anchorage. Food was delicious. My only problem was. We have to keep getting the servers attention for more add on food. Maybe work on the customer service part. It would be great to have servers come up often to see if everything is okay or if we need anything. Other than that. Amazing food and beautiful, clean restaurant.

Food was tasteless. Waited an hour for food, three pad thai, two finally came and 10 minutes later still no third dinner plate. Four take out orders came in after us, placed their orders at the register and received and left in 10 minutes each. Thai tea was off and left bitter taste. Used to be a fantastic place to eat. Won’t ever go back.

I'm pretty forgiving, but man, this last trip was brutal. Saigon steak looked like it was boiled and was not even close to medium rare as ordered. I wouldn't really care as typically Thai or Vietnamese style grilled meat has a decent sauce with it and is tender. This was like leather. The MCM wings or whatever they are called were hard as a rock and drier than the Sahara. Whatever their Mongolian Beef was... was edible but certainly not Mongolian beef. Calamari was overcooked (burned, not just rubbery). Rice is dry and borderline undercooked or two days old. The best thing was their fresh rolls, but not really redeeming. If you order Pho for dine-in, you're usually fine, anything else or takeout, watch out.
Everything was good. The food, the service, and the atmosphere. The only thing that kind of bothered me a little bit was the benches were really close to the table so a bigger person like me needed to wiggle a little just to sit down. Other than that, it was pretty good.

I got the Ox tail pho. It was tough and didn’t taste right.The smell in booths were terrible. It made eating the food sketchy.The person at the counter was horrible. She had ear buds in and was on the phone while I was paying so it was hard to understand if she was talking to me or her ear buds(she wasn’t talking to me the entire time).
