Gem of a spot and the sandwich was incredibly delicious. Made fresh on the spot and the avocado melt was perfectly warmed up with fresh ingredients. I'd come back for lunch anytime.

Unfortunately, I did not get to eat there because they were not open at 0800 as advertised on the front door. I waited till 0805 and the lady inside just ignored me behind the locked door. I spent time and energy walking to get there. That time and energy was wasted. I wont be doing that again.
