Ordered 1 pizza at 12:46 with estimated delivery time of 1:20, called multiple times after 2pm wondering where the order was at but nobody will answer the phone. Finally showed up at 2:40 driver said they handed him the pizza about 5 minutes ago. They must have ran out of sauce because it's a very dry pizza

Came at 12/9/24 around 6pm. Lady Cashier is a little unfriendly. So serious and seems having a bad day with attitude when asking for order. So far, food is phenomenal. Will not be going here if this lady is here.

Items i ordered were not all delivered. Tried multiple times to call store directly no answer. When I do get ahold of someone it is a person who cannot help and they just transfer me back to the store directly where no one picks up. Food delivered very late and stored in the truck of car, no way to keep food warm—in the middle of winter in AK. I am frustrated that no one will return calls or emails.

Their food is consistent expensive but consistent i know how its gonna taste which is why i buy them when i do cause it satisfies that craving. However what yall charge for extra marina is CRIMINAL and whats worse is they never fill the cups all the way they put like half in there. If you order breadstick or something you need to buy like 7 extras just to compensate and i wish i was exaggerating. They make up for some of it tho by having good tasting food but geez the least they could do was fill the togo cups

Nobody ever answers the phone at this location unless you call more than 5 or 6 times. I keep calling because the app switches my address and I can't get ahold of anyone to change it to the correct address.

Bit into two different pieces of our bbq chicken pizza and there was like a 5” black here in each piece. Tried to call the store to complain but they didn’t answer.

The driver was super kind, but he brought me the wrong food. I tried calling and was redirected to the customer service center. They said I had to go through the store. They transferred me to the store, and the phone rang for almost 3 minutes each time they transferred me before going into a fax dial tone. No one ever picked up at the store; customer service didn't bother talking my information for follow up a different day; and I'm still missing food.

Don't get what I ordered then given the run around instead of fixing my order. Payed for something I didn't receive and they won't refund me anything.
I order from here about once a month and the pizza is always good. Today I ordered and there was an issue with door-dash delivery. The weekend mgr went out of her way, remade my food and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Order thru Uber Eats. Added and PAID for fresh mushrooms on the pizza but there were exactly 0 mushrooms. The bread sticks looked like a messy, soggy pizza and not garlic cheese bread sticks. These companies should be held accountable for scamming people's money.

I enjoy picking up orders for Uber and Grub Hub from here! Friendly staff! I ordered for my daughter from the Spenard Location, she loves the stuffed Crust, our meal was made promptly and hot and ready exactly when they said we could pick it up! The pizza was perfect!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and a small handicap accessible ramp at this location, it's in the same building structure as the Holiday Gas station on the corner of Minnesota and Spenard, they share the same sidewalks.
