Went in here to order a pizza yesterday and the manager, should've gotten her name, the skinny lady, her customer service skills are atrocious, Management needs to get some new blood in there, this lady should be somewhere playing with her grandkids instead of trying to manage a store, she just seemed completely miserable with her life, and negative about everything and completely incompetent, gave her a 50 for a 23 dollar pizza, and she actually complained about having to do the math, she was just a disaster, and more than likely the reason why the store was empty, it's also a bad location, next to a gas station with people hanging out, I will not spend my money here again, they're are much better options

Terrible, the orders placed through the phone are sent to a customer service center that isn’t even in the country. The physical store location doesn’t even answer their phone because they mess up orders so frequently. Order from literally anywhere else.

Ordered one large pizza…. One topping. Delivery never came. Third party delivery - door dash - left me three different numbers and nobody ever answered a text. Someone finally answered by phone and said they handed it to me. When I tried to call the store - no answer seven straight times. Unbelievable.

The worst experience ever. Ordered for delivery. Delivery driver brought the wrong food. He said he would contact the store. Never heard back ,they never brought the right food and of course they won't even answer the phone to make it right.

This pizza hut location, is not good bad customer service, and delivery with missing orders, never refund back my money of order, that never get, they never answered the phone...I order two liters Pepsi an pen pizza with BBQ chicken..an never received my two liter Pepsi..
