My pizza was not made the way I ordered it. Missing some items and items on my pizza I didn’t order. Tried calling to complain but the one option that actually answers the phone is only for new orders and those are answered in another country.
Super disappointing - won’t be getting pizza here again. They really have gone down hill and don’t care about their customers or service anymore.

Was told my order would be up 7 minutes after the "ready" time. 40 minutes later I asked for a refund and the clerk responded with, "What happened?" Shouldn't I be the one asking that question? hahaha. The clerk was nice enough, the manager on duty didn't seem to be much help with all of the behind orders. Upgrading to 2 stars for your polite clerk.

I went there waited quietly for ten mins at the counter for someone to take my order. When someone finally saw me I waved hello 👋 with a smile asking him to take my order. He probably didn't hear me with his headphones on. He straight up ignored me and continued on. After waiting another 5 mins with all employees ignoring me I left and went across the street to papa John's. I recommend them instead they have great bread sticks. Eat pizza where you like but if the staff won't even acknowledge you, your money is better spent elsewhere. Also floors at pizza hut where dirty.

This restaurant is normally good to me, food is hot, fresh and quick to pickup. I normally do carry out, but needed to get delivery this time. I ordered on the app, expecting an actual pizza hut employed delivery driver. I tipped well because I wanted to pay the driver. The delivery was outsourced to DoorDash. The food was barely luke warm when I got it, doordash switched drivers and they kept changing delivery times. I'm not a fan at all of Doordash, which is why I went through the app, expecting a pizzahut delivery driver. Not the case. While I may still order from this location, I will never get delivery again. Order for pickup and make the drive to get your own pizza.

I actually like Pizza Hut but man does this location suck. They never have any drivers for delivery and never get your food out in less than an hour no matter the time of day. They never answer the phone either. Management definitely needs work.
It is consistently hot, fresh and accurate. Employees are friendly as well.

Pizza Hut on Boniface is terrible as hell, order was placed on 11/2/24 at 438pm, I received my order, I paid $39.35 for a special. I asked that the boneless wings be mild with ranch, because of the children who were going to eat them. Instead they came with hot sauce pour on them and in the bowl, with extra hot sauce, I called 7x and 3 of those calls were answer the people who took my order. And transfer me to the manager phone who never answered, I called the manager 7x and he/she never answered. This is bad business now I understand the reviews, I want my money back, I will never use Pizza Hut again, you can't even talk to anyone about your order, when it's wrong to correct their fault
