Tried to call an hr after I ordered, automated machine had no record of my order, my card was charged, attempted to call the store directly but it rang for about 5 mins before I gave up! Should've read the reviews before I ordered!!! Lesson learned!

I ordered a pizza that was delivered raw, the chicken was burnt, I called 11 times and nobody will answer the phone, I called every number and not even the call people could get ahold of the store. I will neverrrrrr order from here again! I spent over $60 for nobody to answer the phone is disgusting after sending out raw food. They really need to find new people

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Pizza Hut, offers delivery, but can’t read delivery instructions. They need to call to confirm the delivery before actually dropping it off. Instead they take it back and cancel the order when they can’t follow directions. Specifically this location, the manager proceeds to provide excuses and as a customer, I don’t care. “We’re short staffed. Only two of us working. She’s cooking the pizza and I’m working the front.” Now I’m $50 down, no food, and the refund is 3-5 business days. Thanks Pizza Hut. Rather order sicilys. Shitty pizzas but at least they get my order right and delivers.

Tried placing an order online, it wouldn't work. Took nearly an hour to get my order placed over the phone. An hour later I tried calling to figure out where my order was and they had no record of my order even though my card had already been charged. I spent the next 2 hours constantly trying to call the store to talk to somebody but not once did anybody ever pick up. 4 hours waiting for food and they just took my money and didn't give me anything. Not food, not service, nothing!

While waiting for my order, which was 30 minutes late, I saw the manager go out to his running car multiple times and even leave for gas. as a customer I would think that cooking and delivering the food would be more important.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, and this is the first one I'm doing. I ordered a pizza from this store and had no issues with the orders updates until a driver was trying to deliver. The gentleman called me to inform me he had to pass my order off to another driver who has base access, and that he'd have this driver give me a call. I waited exactly one hour from the time I got this phone call to call the store and figure out what was going on. Checked my order status through the phone menu options, amd was informed my order was canceled. That was mildly annoying. The truly annoying part is when I called the store to see what was up, as I had the understanding that there was a driver who could deliver on base on shift, and the two times I called, not only was the phone not answered, the first time I got disconnected. I appreciate the delivery gentleman for giving me a call, however I would have appreciated some form of communication from the store that my order was canceled. Or at least to have the phone answered. I hate being that person, but I feel it is justified here. I will be looking for a full refund (to include tip) in my account. I also hope this isn't a common occurrence with this location.

I ordered for delivery online through the Pizza Hut website somehow it said it was directed to the door dash driver the dashers shows up with my food and asked for the money and told me and my kids we suppose to pay mind you it's already been paid for online they drove off I go in the house open the food ITS NOT MY ORDER ! Omg at this point my kids are starving and so am I I call the store no answer I call back again says the store is no longer taking any phone calls I go online to find other ways to get a hold of someone NOTTHING I did put in a request for a call back saved my receipt I will be talking to someone tomorrow I spent around 38-39 dollars and got the wrong food I got someone name Johnson's order some buffalo chicken pizza which I do not eat ew 🤮 most def need a refund or my food replaced for sure. I don't know what's going on with Boniface location but something ain't right. the doordasher looked pretty upset because they did not get tipped or paid for what they did for Pizza Hut neither it was a hot mess there is for sure fraud going on with the money there like they pocketing the money but sending the dashers out to do the work for them.

Pizza Hut’s manager in the evening accepts delivery from their website. Then falsely responds that the food has been prepared and sent to your home through DoorDash. However the food isn’t done nor prepared and falsely keeps your money. When this happened to me I tried to call for help through their call center but the store on Boniface would not answer the phone for their own call center. I ended up going to the location to inquire about my order that said on the tracking app had been delivered to me. Just to speak to the manager, who not only grinned after hearing my complaint but offered to remake my order. I felt like the manager thought it was funny however I could not figure out why. Then I asked for a refund. The manager gave me a refund minus the delivery fee. I refused to accept that and got all of my money back. Once I made it home from Papa John’s with our hot fresh pizza. I looked back at the tracking app through DoorDash that shows the Pizza Hut store canceled the order 27 minutes before I ever showed up for a refund. Be careful ordering from this location they are stealing from their customers and their partners DoorDash.
