The experience was terrible. It isn't the first, the second or third time they messed up my food. I know I know if they were so terrible then why do I keep going back right? It's because I want to give them a chance also I like the food. Only this time I didn't get my food. I meant to place my order for delivery, but it went under take out. I had to call the store I order from and they keep saying they need to transfer me to the manager of the store, but no one ever answer the phone (abbott location) even though they're the store I ordered from and called, I called 3 times and got no where with them so when I checked my cc that I pay with turns out that they already CANCELED my order.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, Bare in mind I was a loyal customers I get food for my family from them twice a month for the past 8 years. I am done.

Ordered pizza through their website and they sent wrong order. They used a door dash driver driver took the pizza and money and never brought the correct pizza back to our business

I went into the shop this morning, 11:20 am, to pickup my order. When I went inside, there was no one at the front desk. Which is fine I am sure you rarely get large orders that early. But then there was one worker in the back. And music was playing very loudly. I waited till a song ended before I yelled Good Morning after standing there for 5 min. No response. I tried calling the store so it would make a loud ringing noise to bring attention. That didn't work. Worker saw me when he went to go grab something. I said good morning and he said is this for pick up? I said yes. He went to grab my food and just stared at it for a min. Then grabbed my food and spent 2 min trying to figure out how to bag it. Putting one item in the bag, taking it out, rebagging. Like it was a confusing task. He gave me my food, and I said thank you. No response.

Either he was angry he was the only worker and he had to deal with a large order in the morning. Or he was high. Either way, you don't put that on the customer who did nothing wrong. No one cares anymore and it shows. Will not be back.

Ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and received a cheese pizza. Huge disappointment.

Do not order online during rush hour. The system glitched and sent it to another location across town. I spent a good 45 minutes trying to get the order straightener out with no luck. Nobody answers at any location when transfered. Never ordering again!

I had placed an order on December 11th 2024 for lunch time (2ish pm)…..oh my gosh, this has been the BEST pizza experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut! I’ve never gotten a pizza from there before that was so perfect like today! I’ve gone to this location before and was quite disappointed(don’t get me started with the Spenard location…yuck). But the crew for this day at this Abbott location has got to be the best! They should probably go around town and teach the other pizza huts how it’s done. Thank you!

This is the only Pizza hut I will ever go to. Service is friendly and fast they never disappoint. Even though it looks like only 3 people are ever working the orders are always less than 15 mins. Very good service.

Kid took my order and went in the back and avoided my order. The manager, I'm guessing, took care of me. However, she was preparing dough in pans with no gloves. Gross won't go there again. Miss the old days of table service.

Ordering over the phone has been the worst than before. Took 20 min repeating myself over and over. All I hear in the background are animals, kids screaming, a lot of noise. Lady spoke Soo slow, and kept saying the system needed to reboot. Had to repeat my card twice, not happy with the service over the phone.

This has been the worst customer service that I’ve had consistently had poor service
I’ve been there 4 times women are on FaceTime and disregarding your order and cannot tell you what’s going on with your order and act like they don’t care. I understand not everyone cares but it doesn’t feel right I got hair in my pizza every single order I wish it would change. One of my favorite sauces is here and I love it.
